Thanks Dave for coming by and putting our mind at ease! After running through my system with a fine tooth comb and performing all the necessary diagnostic tests, he determined that the system was working at its best! I have never had any issues using this company for my a/c needs. The call center personnel are awesome as well
Showed on time, and was very professional. He got the job done, and got us back up and running quickly.
Made an appointment online, received email confirmation, spoke with someone at the office that morning and STILL no one showed up nor did anyone reach out to let me know I had started home from work all day for nothing not to try and reschedule. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They have made multiple claims of voicemail messages however none were ever received - not that morning before speaking with their office and verifying my phone number, nor anytime after. Went with Sea Coast A/C and had zero issues. They're you're better bet.
Johnathan was great. Explained everything he was going to do. I couldn’t be more pleased. He is the best installed my new water heater in a couple of hours. I will definitely use Elite again.
Peter Arvanetes was great and very friendly. Offered genuine advice without trying to up-sell. I was so impressed with Peter’s service that I signed up for the maintenance membership.
Scott is our plumber who has replaced just about every faucet in my house. The ones that were installed by the builder didn’t last as promised. We also had an hole house filter which is one of the best things we have done this year. Scott and Elite are trustworthy and very knowledgeable.
Brian was very thorough and very helpful in explaining everything to me. Please thank him for recommending Entrusted; they were out to my house in less then an hour. I will be using Elite for any futere needs.

James, the technician for the air conditioning system, maintained his integrity and professionalism throughout his visit. His inspections were extremely thorough, and he went above and beyond. I eagerly anticipate the next installment from James. And I am anticipating that I will be extremely pleased with the outcome.
Poor, rude & disrespectful customer service from the lady that answers & dispatches the calls & their maintenance program plan is a complete rip off. My home is only 3yrs old & they’ve been here 4 times. Everytime they come they seem to find something else wrong. Starting to feel like a scam to me.
Was charged $245 to install an inline float valve that retails under $25. Have been a loyal customer for many years but they crossed the line this time. We canceled our service contract and will never do business with them again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

We called and received very prompt service. The dispatcher was very helpful and understanding that we had an urgent need. The technician was very courteous, neat and professional. He quickly found the problem and promptly fixed our outdoor AC compressor. We are new customers and will call on Elite again of needed. Highly recommended 👌
I am so pleased with my experience today! The call rep who took my call was fast and efficient and helped me get a tech out and my issue fixed, I have only had ac back for 2 hours after who knows how long, but will pray the service tech helped me 🙏🏻

I have used Elite Electric and Air for the past five years. Today’s service was the best so far. Robin replaced a circuit breaker, and resurrected my old doorbell chime. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company.
They are the most expensive group of professionals in the treasure coast area, and their work reflects this fact. I plan to raise my sons their entire life in this house, so any time I need a plumbing, hvac or electrical task accomplished, I pay that higher price to not ever have to pay for that problem again. I used Elite Electric on 6/15/23. My Technician was Robin Phillips. He did a great job. He was very knowledgeable & very nice. I am well pleased with their service.
AC unit was not working. The unit was 15 years old, and Juan’s knowledgeable advice convinced us to purchase a new unit. He really knows his stuff.
