When I called July 3rd at 10:00 pm for service, I was told the service call would be $199.00, which I verbally agreed to , plus whatever parts were necessary. It was a drainage problem and was fixed in a short time. I was charged an extra $200.00. $432.00 total. I’m an elderly lady on oxygen and I was happy to have my a/c back, so I paid the full amount. I feel I was taken advantage of in this situation. Otherwise, Woody the service man was very polite, professional and knew my problem right away.
I hired this company a month ago . SAturday Jun 4th 2023. Because my ax stop working . I have a friend who can check it but he was not available until Monday and I want to have a technician right away because I have 2 kids and the house was hot . The guy came and he keep asking how old the ac was and I was not sure. My ac is on my roof after a 10m inspection he told me that my ac is dead and I have to get another one and they finance for new ac. Told me to turn it off and I did. My other guy came on Monday and clean my ac because I was dirty and now my ac is working now.I called the company to get a least a parcial refund because for 20m they charge me 187 dollar and no solution. They transfer me to the technician who of course change his story and we started arguing and getting no where . I asked for the manager they told me he was the manager . And he said that if I can get an invoice he will give a refund I did not have an invoice because my friend did not charge a penny . I was not asking for full refund because I understand they went and work I was asking for a least a partial withdrawal . In others words don’t go there . They did not fix my ac and they did not help me with my dissastifaction that I expressed . You will waste your time

Use their 24-hour service somebody answered the phone and had a technician at my house would in an hour and a half very professional very honest and reliable I highly recommend East Coast air solution
I have used these guys before. Always had a good experience. As consumers, we are sort of at the mercy of these vendors. I don't know much about A/C other than I live in South Florida, we need it, and if there is a problem, it's ALWAYS on weekends. Issue on Sunday. Texted Jim. Appointment set for Tuesday. Salomon shows up. Nicest guy possible. Couldn't be more positive. He figures out the issue in 30 seconds, gets right to fixing it. No story. No hedging. It's this, I got it. "hey do you want me to swap out your filters? I think your wife said she ordered filters last time I was here (this was 9 or 12 months ago? I have no idea what I had for lunch yesterday. This guy remembers my wife ordering AC filters? "yes, of course she did"). She did order filters. He found them. Replaced them. NEVER tries to push stuff we don't need. Plus he loves our dogs which is a +. People LOVE to hop on here and complain. Not this time. Very pleased. Will call the next time as well.

The technician showed up within an hour of calling for an emergency appt. He was nice, knew what he was doing, got the AC operational within 45 min and did I mention he was nice?!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My AC unit stopped working early in the morning I called them and they sent someone right away. Woody was so helpful and knowledgeable he explained everything and had the house cooled down in no time. They have gain a customer for life!
