Truly excellent services by Cuesta's AC & Heating. They were referenced to us by a family member for quick go option for an emergency call repair service, since my MIL's home AC unexpectedly went out in this 90+ degree weather. Aaron was our technician. He was excellent in communication throughout (especially on arrival time), quick, fast, efficient, diagnosed our problem in no time, and was able to get my MIL's house cooling down again in no time. We ended up purchasing a yearly maintenance plan to make sure our newly HVAC unit doesn't run into any problems again. We're very thankful for their service..... Highly Recommended Indeed.
Cuestas is very helpful and informative if you have any questions regarding your A/C and your service. They are very good about keeping up with maintenance, if you pay for their maintenance program (which is VERY MUCH worth it). From the installation to years after, they are available and ready to help. I appreciate all their work and knowledge.
They have been very reliable and responsive to my concerns. Overall I would recommend if you are looking for someone to provide regular maintenance, and system health check.

Customer Service is NOT top priority anymore for this company!! The associate NELLI I spoke with in the office today was not in the mood to make a sale for a return customer, she simply had no personality and treated us over the phone as if we was bothering her. In the past our landlord used this company and now as home owners we would take our business elsewhere after the stale treatment we received today. Best of Luck Cuesta with Bringing in New Clients, Need to TRAIN STAFF to be more friendly!!!!
We contacted Cuesta’s hvac for a Complete new ac purchase and install. They were Highly recommended by my son who was familiar with Dennis and the company. From the first phone call the Office staff were friendly and efficient. They scheduled an appointment immediately. Dennis came out to do the estimate personally. We decided to give Cuesta’s the job. Dennis went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t without air conditioning while we were on the schedule for the new installation. He treated us as if he truly cared and gave us a personal touch. I am confident that we made the right choice The Worker’s showed up, on time on the scheduled day. They were clean, friendly and respectful. Dennis was also on site, giving his personal touch. They did an extremely thorough job replacing all aspects of the system and attention to detail was beyond our expectations. I would use them again myself and will recommend to anyone who needs service or a new system.

After the new installation of the ac unit that Dennis ( owner) recommended my electric bill dropped. I now have them performing all scheduled maintenance quarterly. Always on time, the employees are professional, and courteous. Highly recommend them if you need a new unit or needing some maintenance.

Dennis, the owner and CEO of AC Cuesta, and now his company has been maintaining my AC unit since 2006. My AC unit is almost 20 years and its in perfect condition thanks to them. They have always been very attentive and honest. I trust them completely. 5 star service.

I have used Cuesta’s for almost 10 years now both for installs and maintenance. Dennis and his crew are always very responsive and helpful and they provide quality services. The office is always courteous and professional. It is nice to deal with a local business where you actually get to meet and discuss problems with the owner. Highly recommend!
We have had a service contract with Cuesta’s since we moved to the area two years ago and they have always been prompt and professional. We had an issue with our condenser unit on Sunday and they responded within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the news wasn’t good (it never is on 12 year old units!), but by Monday afternoon Dennis had found us a new unit and went out of his way to make sure we could have it in time to install on Thursday - no small feat given delivery times these days. Nelly worked her magic and got all the paperwork and approvals so we were ready to go on schedule. Gabriel and (Aaron?) were here promptly on Thursday, were incredibly polite and professional, and had us up and running before dinner time. This challenging situation was handled smoothly and we highly recommend Dennis & his team!
Excellent experience from start to finish. Office staff was polite every time we spoke. The installer Gabriel was fantastic. Kept me inormed every step of installer process. I chose Cuesta's AC because my neighbor had her new AC installed by Cuesta's. I'm happy I followed suit. A definite recommend.
I just wanted to say thank you to Aaron for coming out and fixing my families A/C on Thanksgiving. He diagnosed the issue and had a new blower installed in less than an hour. Very professional and top quality work. Highly recommended!
Cuesta did an outstanding job on our AC installation. Their pricing was fair and the quality of work was exceptional. Even the inspector commented on what a nice job they had done and how it greatly exceeded the quality in many of the installations he has seen. I would recommend Cuesta to all of my family and friends without question.
Awesome Company! They went above and beyond to get our old A/C out and put a brand new one in. Thanks Cuesta NO more leaks. Very professional and friendly and of course Got a call to see if everything was still working great. Would definitely recommend!
