Our service tech, Mike was prompt, matter of fact about 1/2 hour early. A very pleasant person to work with. Mike was very informative and helpful, as a matter of fact, he changed my flter for me. Thank you Mike!

Installation was perfect, Only had one issue regarding A/C return duct filters. We have two returns and your a/c technician said only one of the two returns needed a filter, and he removed the filter from the 2nd ceiling return. When my wife who has sinus problems returned home and found out we removed a filter she had a fit. Was it ok to remove filter?
Our new Tech, Adriann was on time. That's unusual, did the service and changed the our air filter. Not an easy job. He gets an "atta boy".
I had a concern regarding a filter in my air duck a neighbor said I did not have. They heard my concern and where hear 1 1/2hrs later. See why I have had them for years and I did not need a filter after all.
The service men were professional, polite and knew what they were doing.
I met with Mike who took the time to adjust & explain my thermostat to me. He didn’t charge me for this. He then explained the benefits of a contract. Once he told me the price and that I get a two year contract for the price of a one year I signed up. Amtek was referred to me by a neighbor’s who is very satisfied with their service.

Even in an emergency are reliable. having outside breaker problems appreciate honesty maintenance agreement very useful. Installed new AC in 2020.
I utilized Amtek to install my air conditioner, outdoor fan/light and replace all ducts in the home. In all cases, the crew did a great job, timely, neat and very friendly. I plan to have them do some electrical work in the very near future. They will be my go to for any plumbing or electrical work.
This is by far the best company to use for your ac repairs and maintenance. Super prompt and friendly too! I highly recommend them!
I’ve been looking for a new AC unit for the past year! Greg, (I hear is the bosses right hand man) came to see if my unit was reparable or if I needed a new one, on his way home from work. I had a bad coil so needed a new unit. It works fantastic, my installers were fast, efficient, and professional. My home cooled down from 85• to 75• within 15 minutes of my new unit starting up! I was also given a very fair price with a 10 year warranty! Great company and they processed the purchase during a hurricane! Thank You Amtek Team!! 😊🙏🏻
Love these guys. Greg, Leo, Sharon, Marie, Joey, the whole crew! They do soooo much for us and they're always on call. They've done the duct work, the HVAC, hot water heaters, generator, you name it. And they've maintained it for us, as well. And, whenever there's an issue, they come right out, send great techs and solve it quick. So friendly, so effective. Awesome, awesome team. Keep it up, Amtek!
Very poor professional service. Tech showed up at my house already upset about something. When he entered the home. He asked my husband, what do you need me to do? Ok, my husband was like you don't have a work order? Well let me call my wife to see what it is she booked you all for. The tech then said, the filter needs changing. (I just changed the filter on the 3rd of this month) Without any warning, he just got in the van and left.
If I could give them no stars I would. This company comes off as helpful and friendly but don’t get sucked in, they are taught to sweet talk you into upgrades and things that you don’t need to up their profitability. We we conned into a contract but when they show up for a maintenance call, they always seem to find a way to sell you something. They have proven themselves to be very unethical both in their service and in their business manners! We recently had a problem with our 3 year old system, their service person quoted $7000 for a new system. We called in another company who repaired it for $500. Shady and unethical! They now refuse to refund any monies on our current contract. Run, don’t just walk away from this company! As I said, they lie! Even their reply is full of them.
The appointment was to service my water softener. The service tech, Jeff, was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. For me, that's a plus as I'm tech deprived and I need all the help I can get.
I've used Amtek Air Conditioning for the last five years. We have a service contract in place for them to check our A/C and heating unit every six months to ensure optimum performance and proactively make changes and/or repairs while they are minor and before they turn into a major problem. The company is reliable, reasonably priced, and performs a detailed service visit each time. I would highly recommend them.
We have been Amtek Customers since purchasing our home in 2014. Sharon in the office is great! Friendly, professional and helpful! Greg our service guy, 10 Gold Stars Customer Service! We ask for him twice a year when we get serviced!! He is a great asset to the Amtek Team and Sharon too:)
