Great experience! My husband called Always Cool, Inc for an emergency service after realizing our outside unit wasn't running. The woman he spoke to initially was very professional and eager to help. She was able to put our request through to Dave who arrived quickly. Dave was also very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the visit. He had our system up and running in about an hour. We'll definitely be a long term customer! Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company. I had to get a new A/C unit installed in my home. Their quote was less than other estimates I obtained for the same service offered. Dave showed up on time, was very professional and finished the work within reasonable hours. Very honest people. I highly recommend them.
The best air company in port st lucie. Dave is the best at what he does always give goid advice and never try to sell you anything extra like other company. Try them you won't regret it!!!
Had a problem on memorial day weekend called at 8:40 at night and Dave was to us in less then 30 minutes fix the problem and now we are up and running
Great company!! Called for a tune up when a previous company did a very poor job. Very professional on the phone asking me what I needed and when they could come out which was early the following day. Even called me back to make sure the system was running and if it wasn't was going to come right out to get it working. The owner did the maintenance and was very easy going and great to talk with. Explained to me what the system needed and why. Signed up for their maintenance program which in my opinion is worth knowing somebody else is looking out for your system. Highly recommend.
It was such a pleasure to meet a gentleman that enjoys his work! Paul , owner, and his helper Ben did an amazing job in replacing my old and broken AC. Replacing it with a new AC which he stands behind! It was refreshing to have them in my home, they worked together and never saw any frustration in either one of them (which I’m sure they were getting my old Ac out) They also worked out of my hot hot attic! The best AC repair company ever! Honest, trustworthy, and always does exactly what they say they are doing. Our A.C went out finally ( old unit) and they saved me from what could have been disastrous and a big financial burden. They helped us get financing and a new unit in less than a week. I will always recommend Always Cool. Hands down the best in town! Thank you guys so much 💓

Dave is hands down the best in the city. He was able to get my AC working properly after several other companies did not do complete jobs, Every time he comes out he is courteous, thorough and informative. His goal is too always take care of the customer which he accomplishes to perfection. As long as I am in this are Always Cool Inc. will be my go to for AC work.

We had been having issues with our businesses AC earlier in the day and he happened to come through our business so we approached him with a quick question and he took the time to come right around without an appointment and show us what was the issue and helped us remedy it along with showing us a little more detail about our own ac unit and how it worked! He went above and beyond what was expected and this was an outstanding experience with a stellar company and worker!! We need more people like this and we will trust our business to them from now on!! Thank you again!

So our A/C fan was running, but no cold air. We were out of town Tues and Wed, came home to a hot house. Temp read 79, the fan was running solid the two days we were gone. A friend of mine recommended Always Cool, and I'm so happy we called them. Jenny said they probably would be here between 1-2p, but also said, if they finish early at prior job, they could be here earlier, and bingo, she was right, they were here at 11am, yaay. Dave and James knew what it was, just by hearing the unit running...(that's experience!!). They had the part on the truck and in 20min, glorious cold air was once again coming out of our vents.❄️❄️. Dave also flushed out the line, and cut the outside pvc drain pipe, he said it was too tall, and not draining correctly......good to know. Going above and beyond, that is service, that's what it's all about!! Good guys still exist!! Dave and James.....you guys are my hero's!!!! Pricing was awesome as well!!! ( I was really sweating that one out too!!.....no pun intended☺️, well maybe!!) Our sleep tonight will be way better than last night!!!! You guys are the best!!! We have been using Always Cool for the maintenance on on our air conditioner for a couple of years now. They were originally referred to us by a friend, and as long as they are in business they will be the only company we will ever use. They are very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and friendly. They know exactly what they’re doing, and the secretary is an absolute delight. We had an issue with our thermostat and they came right out and fixed the problem. And while they were here they also fit in the half year maintenance, since it was close to due. I can’t say enough about this company except that they are the absolute best!
No matter what time a day I call or email. I always get an a notice saying they will be there that day .They are prompt and polite even when I’m frustrated, they manage to do the make me feel important and prompt service. 😊
My AC was horribly unbalanced. One side of the house was cold. The other side was very hot. Dave came up with an affordable plan to help. Other companies wanted to sell me an additional AC when it was not needed.
