My AC stopped working. Breaker would trip whenever the compressor would kick on - so I knew something wasn't good. I received ACT as a referral from my neighbor - Gave them a call and the rest is history. Timothy seems like a genuine dude. He came out and replaced my compressor, explained the process, and showed me what was wrong with it. He had the new part installed and running within a few hours. The interaction and service was great. I will also be using them for yearly maintenance when I am ready to sign up. Thanks for the service guys!

Air conditioning shut down and when we called they set up a service visit immediately. Service person was very professional, organized and knew exactly what was wrong. He and ACT saved the day we are very thankful for their quick and professional response. They we have all of our HVAC business in the future.

Very professional, courteous, and skilled! We had an AC replaced and new vents added to a tricky old house. The team was very helpful with working out what needed to be done and made sure everything was just the way I wanted. Called this company on June 14th they got there very quickly that was the only thing good the young man that was at my house told me that my unit was extremely low on refrigeration then told me my coil looked good I spent $550 and my AC still doesn't work tried to reach out to them got no response had another company come out on the morning of June 16th they told me I have a big leak in the coil and it's going to cost me $450 to repair and will probably need more refrigeration so thank you for taking my money and doing nothing
I have 3 A/c units for my home in Port St. Lucie. Technician Tim was very professional and let me watch him work while performing Bi-annual inspection and preventive maintenance on my 3 units. Two units needed new capacitors after 14 years of use. He showed me why with the electrical readings he was getting and he had them in stock on his truck. Next one of my drain lines needed to be blown out due to clogged algae build up. I did not perform required monthly drain system maintenance as requested and now paying the price. All went well and I found fees reasonable and in-line with other companies prices. Definetly recommend ACT A/C services.
ACT Heating and Cooling came out same day ahead of schedule and their technician Tim was great. Went above and beyond to ensure we weresatisfied with the service. BJ was reasonable and knowledgeable explaining exactly what was needed and why. Thanks ACT for your timely response and great service!

I rarely write reviews because we get a lot of mediocre service, even from larger companies. However, we used them to install our new system at our home, these guys were what we wish every service company possess. They were professional, knowledgable and very polite. The quality of their work was superior, they explained everything during the install. These guys did such a great job cleaning up afterwards, they even clean up some of my own mess. Very happy customer.
Act Heating And Cooling Installed an almost new A/C system into the home that I purchased that was a ton to small to properly cool my home and to remove the relative humidity down to a safe healthy level! the 60, 65-70 percent humidity levels make me sick, made my walls soft and my electric bills are huge in the Summer and on hot days because of this! After I brought this to the attention of Jonathan Anderson the owner he refused to correct the problem and he charged me for parts that did not need replacement! I don't trust Act heating and cooling of Port Saint Lucie at all and I do not recommend them for any job! REALLY!
I called ACT Cooling to repair my exhausted air-conditioning after 15 years it had enough and wouldn’t you know it always in the middle of the summer and even though Jonathan had a full schedule he made sure he came to get it started and working he was very pleasant and understanding and so we contracted ACT Cooling to install a new system they were very professional calling to make sure everything was still working until the new AC came in and it was installed within the day I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a good AC tech to fix or replace their air condition

We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this crew. They have done a superb job with the AC installation and communicating with us each step of the way from financing to inspection. The workers and office staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!
