I'm so thankful I chose this company! We try to put our money where our mouth is and support local and family run business; I was happy to find they'll come to our area! I ended up actually needing something not typical but not unexpected for me. Our expert did fantastic trying to save us money while still earning for his family company. He was very knowledgeable and not afraid to put in the work!! I highly recommend them and would give them a 10/10! I signed up for a year's worth of service from them (not necessary to get service but I like the company). If I need anything else or know someone who needs a/c help this will be the first company I recommend or use. My last a/c company didn't do anything close to what they cover. Our a/c now preforms like it should without complaint. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind. Thanks a/c doctors!! I also got a next day appointment (somewhat an emergency).
Nice professional people. Not the lowest price on AC check up but they don't try to upsell and tell you that you need other things done. Up front and honest. Didn't let a sudden rain shower stop him from doing the job. Rachel who answers the phone is quick to call you back if you leave a message and has all the right questions to ask about the problem.
We called with urgent request and got very timely evaluation with highly professional and honest commendations (after getting couple sky high estimates from other companies). David Kruse was able to make repair and recommendations. His son went above and beyond to finish repair. We thank both David and his son for high professionalism and exceptional honesty. We want to recommend cervices they provide to anyone that needs honest and professional help. This world is still a good place because there are people like David and his son. BIG thank you from customers that were treated like family.
My AC system stop working and called AC doctor and was extremely happy with the service and Dave. He came out to check what was wrong and fixed it quickly and did a great job! Very reasonable and knew what the problem was and we are very happy! Thank you! We will recommend you highly for anyone needing your expertise!
Super helpful after hours on the weekend. Great service and very knowledgeable. Since we just bought the house a few months ago, Dave was able to share some things I didn't know about how the system is laid out and what I should do for maintenance. We really appreciated his help this afternoon!
They were awesome and did everything they promised. I’ve used them twice once for a service call and once for brand new install. A++++. Will definitely use again
We had our AC fixed and paid for the service. Within 4 days broke again. Spoke to repair man or owner not sure which. Completely unprofessional, rude , sarcastic during an already stressful time. AC leaked ruining items in garage. Satisfaction guaranteed? “I don’t know what to tell you “ is what we got
Great service David and Xavien came out to fix my condenser fan motor. They were fast, on time, professional, and patient with me as I asked a few questions and he was happy to give me thorough answers. Didn't try to unfairly upsell me . Straight shooters. Would definitely use their service in the future. Thanks!
I called the AC doctors they were quick to respond to my need I met with Dave Kruse Jr which his skills are unmatchable compared to other AC providers. The way he broke down my unit to make sure what the real problem was truly amaze me. This is to the AC doctors do not lose Dave Kruse Jr he is one of the top service providers I ever met
Great service and value. Got bids from several local firms and by far Dave's was the best. Their capable team removed an old unit and replaced with a new one. Came on time did what they said they would do and the price quoted was the price paid. Very satisfied.
Love this company we used them to install a new system and 2 repairs, all due to the craziest things that break your ac... 1. Being a frog and 2. Being an ant colony. Gotta love fl... highly recommend them. They show up and fix quickly!

I have been using this company for two years every six months for maintenance. I am very pleased with their work. The tech yesterday was very professional and explained everything to me and even went the extra mile and cleaned up some areas that were beyond his scope. I would definitely recommend this family business.

I'm closing on a house and needed a quick replacement done of an item under warranty. A/C Doctors were responsive and very fairly priced. Rachel was awesome and kept me up to date on progress. Highly recommend!
Rachel was absolutely wonderful on the phone. Was able to get service same day and helped to save me roughly $900. David was terrific as well. Knowledgeable about product and services. Excellent service and rates. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
