I whole-heartedly recommend Ponte Vedra Cooling LLC! I called several companies when my ac failed with no result, until I called Ponte Vedra Cooling. Patrick, the owner, was at my house within 15 minutes. He was courteous and professional. My ac was up and running again in no time! Additionally, Patrick waited to make sure everything was good with our ac before he left! Great job! Linda Palmer
I called at around 5:45pm, Patrick arrived at about 6:30…walked over to the AC unit and knew exactly what the problem was. He had a new capacitor ready to go in his car. He replaced it and was gone in about 10 minutes. The AC started working and the house was back to normal by bedtime after not having AC all day on a 95 degree day. It was the best decision calling him because my rental company wasn’t going to send a technician until an “unknown” time the next day. For him to even pick up the phone in the evening, let alone show up within an hour, and fix the problem…it was unbelievable….maybe I’m just used to poor service? This dude rocks, 10/10, 5 stars.
Do not hesitate to call Ponte Vedra Cooling and Patrick…it’s like have a AC concierge which is invaluable in the FL heat. He’s prompt, accessible, professional and knowledgeable. I was recently traveling for work and my wife and kids came home to a broken AC after a long night at the doctor’s office. Patrick answered at 10pm and was over quickly and got cold air flowing within the hour - a true lifesaver.

Patrick was a lifesaver! This guy was out of state when I called him, but he helped me troubleshoot for 20 minutes on the phone on his own time! Unfortunately, there was still an issue, so when he got back in town he came right over, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it right there on the spot. He was extremely professional, educated us in the process, and charged a fair price for the repair. He couldn't have been more accommodating and top-notch. This guy and his company are the real deal!

Pat is both an exceptional HVAC master technician and an excellent contractor in general. I purchased a large new home and there were numerous issues that had to be addressed after I closed. Pat was able to quickly identify multiple issues from faulty thermostats, duct cleaning, heater repair, outside unit repair along with recommendations on how to environmentally balance the way I should set my thermostats to maximize my multi zone set up. He also helped to trouble shoot and identify an issue I was having with my hot water heater down to a sub floor leaky hot water pipe saving me thousands of dollars. His professionalism and expertise are second to none. Needless to say I highly recommend Ponte Vedra Cooling LLC and Pat in particular.
Pat has been servicing my units for years. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable at what he does, he explains things very well, so you understand what is wrong. He is extremely fair and honest as well. I’ve dealt with many people that try to rip you off, and he is the exact opposite. Never once felt any pressure to get or buy anything that was not needed. As long as Pat is doing HVAC, there is no one else that I would Recommend or allow to get near my unit.

We had water leaking out of our ceiling from our A/C unit in our guest bathroom and Pat showed up within an hour of receiving the call to the repair request. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and took the time to repair the drain line in a professional and timely manner.
