New management is horrible, Stay clear of this company, bring back the other service manager and others. Service has gone way down.
Our technician Jimmy was excellent. He communicated with us prior to his arrival and he was punctual. All the work was done without there being any mess and he was very thorough. He explained his findings during the service call. I was very pleased with the professionalism.
We currently have our 2 A/C units for our home serviced by Florida Air Services under one of their service plans, which is so necessary when living in Florida! Our last few services, we have had Rob as our technician, who is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We cannot express enough how great the service is that we receive to keep our A/C units working without issue year-round.
The engineer Jay showed up to my home promptly and was able to quickly diagnose an electrical issue affecting why my AC compressor wasn't turning on. He was polite, friendly, and had a great interaction while my kids were watching him work. He was able to get my system back up and running extremely quickly educated me as to what the issue was and how to avoid further problems in the future. All in all I highly recommend Florida Air services for any HVAC needs.
I definitely recommend if you need A/C work done. Everyone here is so nice! Not to mention they show up on time,do excellent work(for an excellent price) very professional and my A/C is working better than ever😊
Had trouble with my A/C unit for the past few weeks. Called a few big companies they either didn't show up at the appointment time are didn't return my phone call. I called Florida Air Services once and they showed up the next day and fixed my unit. They were very professional and didn't overcharge me. I will definitely recommend Florida Air Services to my friends and family.

Serviceman, Jimmy was amazing and determined to fix my thermostat after he replaced system filter and did a flush on condensation’s line. He took the time to call Total Connect Comfort and speak with a person who could walk him through the issues. Two other people tried, but failed at this repair. Very pleased with Florida Air, and glad they did installation of our system.
I purchased my AC from FL Air, and I have a service plan. I am very pleased with this company, they stand behind their product. I just had normal maintenance done on my unit. Jimmy, the serviceman, was excellent. He was very thorough. He serviced, and thoroughly cleaned AC unit inside and outside. He also gave me tips for keeping my AC running efficiently.
I was working with Jimmy on a quote for replacement of our existing air conditioning system . He offered me multiple options to make me feel comfortable when making my final decision. He got us a fair price and quick install date. We are back up and running! Thank you florida air!!
We have used Florida Air Services & Engineering several times and have received excellent service, as well as pricing, on time, professional. We would not use anyone else. My husband called and they were prompt came within a few hours. We just had a cold spell last week and we had no heat. We highly recommend this company. Derrick came out and was very courteous, friendly and we had heat within 30 minutes. He had the part and we were thrilled. Excellent price!! You want regret using this coming. They are located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl and we live in St. Johns County.
