Jordan and his partner did an amazing job. They arrived early and got right to work. They installed the new AC very fast and got my home cooled off again. Thank you guys for everything

Nothing good to say at all. They tried to rip off this senior citizen for $900. I called another company and got it done for $300. Do NOT use Griffin for your AC. They will try to rip you off. I called them and gave them my concerns and never heard back. BYE BYE Griffen Electric. PS... thank you Joey for saving me $600 by trying to rip me off.
James did a great job. Was very professional and polite. Did the job very quickly after explaining the problem and solution. Griffin is very fortunate to have such a professional employee on their team.
Our AC died in the middle of the hottest week in Florida. They loaned us a portable AC unit. Although it took a while for the part to come in, the minute it came in Dave was headed to our house to fix our AC. Dave and his associate did a fantastic job getting our unit working and gave us some great advice to keep it running for a long time. No one in Florida wants to loose their AC in the middle of the summer, but Dave and the team made it easier to navigate. We tried to use this experience as a "test run" for hurricane season. Thanks for rushing out to help us!
Anthony was kind and polite. The quote didn't take long and I never felt pressure into any decisions. Offered me two very fair quotes. He didn't offer anything that I didn't show interest in. Mentioned other options but never pushed for anything that didn't meet my specific prioritized needs ie. humidity and air quality improvements.
Samuel P. "Sam" was amazing. On time and fixed in well under the estimated time. Sam was extremely professional, thorough and explained everything so that we understood. 9 days of melting in the July in Florida heat without AC and he had us up and running in no time. We highly recommend Sam as a technician and are very grateful for his superior service.
This is the 3rd time using them. First a hot water heater, second outdoor pipe break and Today a washer hose bibb replacement. Nigel us awesome. Always does great work and very professional. I wouldn't use ANYONE else. Great company.
Justin came out the same day I called for service and was very professional and didn't try and shove products or services I didn't need down my throat which I greatly appreciated. He was very honest and tried the least expensive route first which thankfully worked to resolve our issue. It's very comforting to know that there are still companies out there like Griffin that will simply perform the necessary service for a fair price and not try and gouge every dime out of a customer. Griffin has certainly gained a customer and I will absolutely recommend them and call them for any future needs!
Jim Bowers was fantastic in repairing my hot water tank. The unit was still under warranty and Jim called the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me in two days, going beyond the call of duty. He came out the same day it was delivered, and I had hot water by that afternoon.. I would recommend Griffin and Jim to anyone who asks!
Recently had a whole new unit put in (less than a month ago). The tech they sent said that would be best, our old unit was very old, so of course we went with the new unit. Two weeks after being installed the outside fan barely turns, if it does turn only stays on for a minute and shuts off, the thermostat inside stays on 81, (no matter how low we adjust it) it is extremely hot in our house, called Griffin out the same day we discovered this, they said someone would be out the next day (LIES) they texted to push us back to the next day, again (LIES), TEXTED NOT CALLED on that day to say they still couldn't make it, got pushed back to a week later July 5th they said, guess what happened yet AGAIN folks! GRIFFIN STILL CAN'T MAKE IT OUT, meanwhile we are forced to live my fans and open windows to try and keep cool in this Florida heat. Professional service my a**
I've been without air over a week waiting on parts due to a holiday. Not a problem. We now have air and it's cooling down fast. Thank you for your service.
Had an appointment for today. Got a text at 4:39 they can’t make it today. Will not call me back. This is an ongoing issue. Now I’m being told I have to have electrical checked and install a surge suppressor before any WARRANTY work or replacement will happen. Even though I have no electrical issues! Sounds like a scam.
Couldn't be happier! Called them at 2pm on July 3 desperate because our water heater broke and was not fixable. We had company coming to stay with us for the holiday and no hot water. The lady on the phone said let me see what I can do...2 hours later John from Griffin Service is knocking on my door, by 5:30 I had a new water heater!!!! Saved the day!!
They came out the day before the fourth. Great tech. Explained everything. Went well. Gonna get the service package so I have no worries again.
It’s 100 degrees outside our ac was having issues, the technician Joe S. Was there within an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Issue is resolved and he did not try to upcharge for anything. Amazing service and i highly recommend griffin services to anyone.
Kyle is very knowledgeable about water filter systems and has great interpersonal skills. Kyle answered all the pertinent questions and demonstrated his technical ability and expertise while writing our project. Angie made sure that I got an appointment and was very pleasant.
Dustin was delightfully friendly and professional. We asked lots of questions and he gave very informative responses. I’d definitely recommend Griffin and will use them again if/when the need arises.Thank you Dustin!!
Sam P did a great job of inspecting my system. He said overall everything looked good except he did notice my capacitor was failing so that was replaced. Quick efficient service.
