They came out to diagnose AC Unit ($90) and identified the part for a replacement. told me it will be several days to order a part. When the tech came back with the part the AC was working and he said he does not need to replace the part. Some time later the AC stopped working and I called Creeks Air again. The manager told me that this particular part is working intermittently when it is failing and because I refused the repair they will charge me for the diagnostic again. I did not refuse the repair and he could not provide me with the proof I did. He was very rude and their receptionists were rude as well. Called another company, told them which part needs to be replaced. They came out the same day and replaced the part without charging me for the diagnostics. There are much better professional companies out there, I would not waste my time dealing with Creeks Air.
We have used Creeks Air at both of our Clay County properties now. They have knowledgeable technicians and truly seem to care about their customers. We won't use anyone else now!
Can't say enough about everyone I was in contact with after a recently new HVAC system install. Ken came out and took a look at my old system (15 yrs old) which was leaking and gave me several options, from repairing the old system to multiple options for replacement. He took the time to answer ALL of my many questions about differences in the options. Zach and Chris did the new system install. They were on-time, friendly, professional, walked thru the new system and instructions with me and left the area clean. Amy was also great to work with during the entire process. Top notch!
Was told that I needed a new air conditioner after 3.5 years old by another contractor. The other contractor told me the 2nd coil was bad (not what Creeks service guy found) nice to know there are honest folks that still do business with customer in mind and not beat them for stuff that wasn't needed Thanks for doing business you have a new customer
i just want to say that in the last few weeks I've had my car worked on, I've gone out to eat, I've shopped in retail stores and my experience with creeks air today was the best interaction with a company I've had in a while, like i ranted to my neighbors yesterday about how its so hard to find anyone that does anything well anymore and creeks showed me that good quality outfits do still exist, they communicated well, they came when they said they would, they answered any questions i had, the guys that came to my house were just genuinely great. i just moved down here a few years ago and ill be using them as long as i can, and recommending them to anyone that asks! when you find a company like this one its a number you don't want to lose!
Robert came out today to perform my semi annual maintenance on my HVAC system. Robert did an outstanding job and shared with me, everything he did. His work was professional, he was on time, courteous and everything a technician should be. It was a pleasure working with him. Thanks Creeks AC, well done.
Parker did an outstanding job getting a heat pump to meet my needs in a timely manner before the next cold front came and the installation crew were very proficient and professional installing my new system and clean up the area very well when finished! I highly recommend Creeks Air Conditioning!
I decided to replace my 21 yr old unit and after getting a few quotes decided to use Creeks A/C. They had serviced my old unit before and were always on time, courteous and fair. I felt their price was competitive on a good brand. Their technicians were very professional during the install, handled all my questions, explained everything and cleaned after it was all done. Amy at the office handled all my questions very promptly. I definitely recommend them for your A/C needs.
Creeks took care of a problem in February and they usually perform my semi-annual maintenance. We had a major problem which they diagnosed correctly and fixed the first try.
Can't say enough good things about Creeks AC. The best service around, the best prices and the most courteous and respectful of your home. Recently had a new system install and we highly recommend you call them for all your AC service needs.
I have used Creeks Air for 2 years, have a maintenance plan on our rental property and had them out at least 4 times in the past month at our new home. Called them up since one of the units wasn't working and they sent someone out and was told the capacitor needs to be replaced. I got a call from Jen saying that I needed to call back and make payment in 5 minutes if not they will need to reschedule my appointment. I had informed her that I needed 20 mins since we were at my wife's OBGYN appointment but It was their "policy" and the Tech left without fixing anything. It's summer in FL and we hadn't had AC for 2 days by then. I'm a customer for 2 years with 2 properties currently serviced by Creeks Air, this is the 4th time they've been at my house servicing my 3 units in the past month. When I needed them to do the right thing it didn't happen so I've lost confidence that they'll be able to help me in the future. As a new customer I would look elsewhere...
Had my unit replaced. Great price great staff. Smooth transaction from beginning to end. I had 30 years in the construction business and these guys are real pros! Had a repair issue and they were out in a flash to fix the problem. Can't say enough good things about this company. Get your estimates but these guys are the best!

Absolutely *love* Creeks Air! Called today in the afternoon and a technician was at our house a few hours later. Robert was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient in explaining what the issue with our a/c was and what our options were. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Excellent service!
We have used Creeks for years now and have always done the twice yearly maintenance plan which has, no doubt, extended the life of our AC. One unit finally needed to be replaced and Creeks was good at finding a spot for us and doing great installation. Their price was fair and service has always been superb! Highly recommend
When my AC suddenly stopped working, Creeks responded to my call at 5PM on a Sunday night and were out here 2 hours later to fix my unit. Thankful is an understatement!
Creeks is an awesome company. Very professional, knowledgeable, and employees from those in the office helping customers on the phones to the techs that handle the service calls are so nice and pleasant to work with. The only AC company you should call
This is a good company to do business with. Parker the sales rep was able to get me a system and installed in 2 days..I had to replace a 8 yr old system that the last company never registered for my warranty,, Its amazing the difference in appearance and function of a properly installed unit.. the installation by Robert & Chris is neat and clean.. My thanks to Robert as he didn't mind answering ever question I had ..I had many after my last installation nightmare..He explained everything he did and why it was needed..I'm sure it was a pain for him but made me feel better understanding.. The office staff Registered my unit for me and sent me verification insuring this time I would have the warranty I was promised. Thank you my home is cool
So we had them replace a unit in a home we owned a few years ago and they did a great job. They're always friendly and always helpful. They may not be able to get to you right away, but at least they're empathetic and express the desire to be able to help even though they might have more on their plate than they can say grace over.
Creeks Air is the type of subcontractor I wish I could hire for all my jobs. Coming from Flagler/Putnam I needed a new hvac company to do a simple system swap in old ponte vedra for a new client out of my usual area. Of the 4 companies I had give me an estimate, creeks had the shortest window (30 minutes vs 2 or 4 hours!), the most professional tech,, all electronic communication/documents, and the quickest estimate response time. I appreciated the tech had prepared estimates ahead of time for multiple brands and was throughly knowledgeable. The field tech and office team offered solutions versus worthless up charges. My next project in the St. John’s area will have a creeks sticker on the system.
