My AC went out on a Sunday and a friend recommended Local Guys so I called and didn’t respect a quick response because I was not a customer. I was surprised when I got an immediate call back! They were up front about the after hours charged and I opted to wait until Monday. I got a call first thing in the morning and the owner was at my house before noon. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable! The job was completed and everything was explained so that I had trust in the process. Will never use another AC company! They are the best!!
Rockstar company! I called at 6pm on a Saturday when I got home from work and the house was at 87° inside. Within 30 mins they had arrived, diagnosed the issue, and had us up and running. Hands down the best service! Will definitely be scheduling with them for maintenance, any future issues, and eventually instalation.
Had a great experience with this company the owner Derek responded to me quick when I reached out on a Sunday about my ac no working right. He had a team there Monday they quickly diagnosed it and gave me a quote for a new unit. Tuesday there were there installing it. I can’t thank the team enough for outstanding service. They were fast, honest, professional and great pricing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my AC

Tremendous local business. The owner is personable his leadership is apparent in the way he runs his business. This is a company you can absolutely trust and count on. Every technician to my home has been beyond qualified and knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing a major problem caused by another company. I would only recommend this company to friends and family. My father also had an ac installed by local guy not a single problem related to installation and unit. Highly recommended. Also always on time and they send text alerts when en route and arriving
Second time I've had to call on 3 years to have my AC serviced. They knew who I was and where I lived. Responded promptly. Really nice guys. Assessed my issue and repaired in no time. If you are looking for AC service in the area call A Local Guy.

Great company, Great office support and communication and wonderful techs that did a full system install, mini split install in the garage and coil change warrantee job on an exiting unit. I wont use anybody but them and recommend the same for you!!!
Derek and the team at Local Guy AC replaced a single 5 ton air handler and condenser for my home. They did a A+ job with the initial installation however the unit had a problem from the manufacturer and had to replaced. Dereks team worked hard to diagnose the issue covered under warranty and then replace everything they had just installed in terms of equipment due to it being faulty. Even after two installs!, I couldn't be a happier customer and would highly recommend Local Guy AC.
Tony and Bryan were on time, professional, and detail oriented. They went over everything they were doing, and were very personable and knowledgeable. It is hard to find a good AC company, and I’m glad we found them. They have been fixing work after a previous company’s install, and have been very helpful with getting us back in shape. Thanks guys!! Highly recommend.

Me: Hey, my split a/c system won't turn on. Them: OK we showed up and couldn't do anything because your a/c won't turn on, we think it might be the remote, that will be $85. You should go buy another remote.

After dealing with many other A/C companies in the past years, I could never imagine using another company again. I would easily recommend this company to anyone.
Bought a brand new AC unit. Installation was good. A few days later my unit stopped working completely. We called at 8pm since they say they serve 24/7. The owner said he would call and come out the next morning. My AC was at 79 degrees and getting much warmer. I have 4 small children where this was just unacceptable. By morning it was 82 in my home. I would have chose another service if I knew they didn’t honor their own word. When questioning why they didn’t come out the night prior, Derek was very rude. Will be looking elsewhere in the future. When “call us 24/7 for emergency service” is only a slogan We had a new unit installed by Local Guy AC at our daughters house on a Friday. My daughter was satisfied with the install. Three days later at approx 8:30pm on Monday, they noticed the temperature was rising to 79 and the new unit stopped running. My son in law called and spoke with Derek, the owner. Derek said they would not come out that evening and would be there first thing in the morning. On Tuesday Derek and another tech arrived at the house and by this time the temp inside the house was 82. My wife said to Derek, “we called last night.” Derek abruptly said, “We don't come out at 8:30pm.” I showed Derek the attached screen shot from their website that states, “Air conditioning not running? Blowing warm air instead of cold?.... Not running at all? Have a leak? Call us, 24/7 for emergency service and repairs….” I asked Derek, why didn't you come out last night? My daughter has 4 kids under 10 years old and needed it fixed. Derek started to get testy and said, “the temperature was 79 and I wasn't going to leave my family.” Unfortunately when you own a small business and advertise 24/7 emergency service, you almost have to give up a normal home life. When Derek said “the temperature was 79 and I wasn't going to leave my family.” I then realized that Derek determines when it's an “emergency” and the words in his ad was merely a slogan. Derek continued to be very aggravated by my question as we walked outside to continue the discussion. About 20 or 30 minutes later Derek called me over and apologized for his behavior and for not coming out the night before.
Topnotch service from the beginning to the end. Lindsey, with customer service, was informative and extremely helpful. Derek, my serviceman and the owner, was professional, skilled and knowledgeable, educating me about my ducts, AC system and newly installed air purifier. He was prompt and efficient in his work. The cost was reasonable and competitive. Would recommend Local AC Guy without reservations or hesitation.
If you go anywhere else its your own fault. I shopped around having 4 companies come to the house. (Actually kicked one out of my house) Had quotes and ideas from them all. So, I don't write reviews, but these guys are the real deal. You know when you always ask yourself . Why can't I find an honest, hard working ( will out work any other service) person. Well if my dad was still alive today he would love these guys and I would let them work on his house. Good people find good people. Just call them and have them guide you in the right directions. If you disagree with me please contact me immediately and I will take this down.
I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this business. I emailed them last night when my AC quit at 10 pm, I got a return message at 4 am and a phone call before 8. Have used them 4 times and service is always outstanding. Nice people who really know their business and charge reasonable prices. Would never use anyone else!
