I recently had the pleasure of working with Cooling Advisors because my AC went out. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The technicians arrived on time and completed their work in a timely manner, and they made sure to thoroughly clean up after themselves. I highly recommend Cooling Advisors for all of your heating and cooling needs.

I don't give many recommendations out but I want to respond and state that Cooling Advisors is an OUTSTANDING RAN COMPANY. They are approachable and respond with excellence in all situations. A shout out for Dani who makes the calls and lines up the appointments to the field guys, Kenny and Michael to Sean Tinley. The truly go over and beyond the call of duty for all of my HVAC needs in Palm Beach Gardens.

Cooling advisors answered their phone on a weekend and then handled our request in a timely professional manor issuing emails on their progress. They gave an estimate and the final bill matched the estimate. All dealings were done in a friendly and professional manor.

Several years ago my a/c stopped working called someone who I used for years. They were going out of town and would not trust one of their men without owner here. I call cooling Advisors and they cam immediately fixed my problem. I signed up for maintenance which I had with the other company. Cooling Advisors came every 6 months always polite and professional from their office staff to techs. Them my a/c broke. Again they came immediately we discussed repairs or replace and with much though I replaced. The techs installed, new what they were doing left my home spotless called to make sure I was happy. When you get this type of service why would you call anyone else
This company is highly rated in my book. They stand behind what they sell and install. Anything you need before, during and more important after install was handled promptly and professional. I have used three other companies during my time in Florida and Cooling Advisors is by far responsive and did the right job.

Sean was excellent ... his customer service is above and beyond.. I had a problem on 12/31 at 530lm and he came to my house at 7pm very professional and friendly. He came back on 01/01 and explained all my options and helped me to make the right decision... I have being a customer of Cooljng Advisors almost for 1 year and the service is always A+

I'm not sure if Robert Sr. is from the West Palm office or this one. So I figured I better give this review in both places because great service must be rewarded: Robert Sr serviced our aged system, cleaned it out, and we are good to go. He was very courteous, competent and thorough. I thought the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend. The updates on arrival via text messages are a nice touch so we knew what was going to happen. Phones answered promptly, efficiently and courteously.
The owner rob is a pleasure to deal with!
