I signed up with Honest 5 years ago with Gene Cardoza. They have always honored our contract and offered great service . They respond to problems with expediency. Air conditioning in Florida is vital especially with older folks !!!!

I've been a member of Honest Air A/C care program for over a decade, they check out my system twice a year to ensure that my A/C units are working at their best. Their scheduler/receptionist contacted me to schedule our semiannual AC units inspection and service. The morning of the service they contacted me to let me know that the Technician (Jason) was on his way. Jason arrived on time and immediately went to work on my AC units. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to inspect and maintain my systems. As a matter of fact, Jason discovered a burnt-out UV light bulb and recommended replacement. Jason also recommended an electronic part that should help extend the life of my AC compressors. I've been very pleased and highly recommend Honest Air Inc. for any AC needs, and want to thank Jason for his professionalism & thorough job.
Honest Air is a sponsor of Crystal Lake school, where our kids attend. It is our second attempt at finding an honest, responsive and quality A\C business since purchasing our home earlier this year. I couldn't have been more impressed with Nick, our technician, and therefore the company itself. Nick was on time (actually early), professional and knowledgable. He didn't recommend the most expensive fix, he recommended the right one for our unit (based on prior estimates from other companies). He was patient and thorough in his explanation to a layman like me, and we purchased the Honest Air membership package. Will happily recommend Nick as an Honest Air technician as well as Honest Air as a company. 5/22/2023: Update: Jason come to our house to check our house's AC per the contract we purchased last year. He was as professional, kind and knowledgeable as Nick was. There was no attempt to upsell anything and he was incredibly thorough. Another 5 star review for Honest Air and their team!
From scheduling thru maintenance inspection everyone was professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
Honest Air came very highly recommended, and now I know why. I called on Thursday, they made an appointment to meet with me for the next morning at 8:30AM. I was watching for them, and sure enough, they were here right on time. Two very courteous young men came to the door and introduced themselves, it was Shawn and DJ. They put booties over their shoes before coming into the house, and right away asked if there was anything extra that needed to be done around the house, like mow the grass, pickup limbs or even washing the car! I told them thank you, but no. And, they got right to work on checking one of my A/C units. I had an original unit from when the house was built back in 1977, the motor was froze up tighter than a drum. I'd say it was probably time to upgrade, so Shawn called the office to see when one of their Comfort Control advisers could meet with me, and we agreed to later that morning around 11AM. Shawn & DJ cleaned up and asked me once again if I needed anything else done around the house, which I didn't, and they took off. Gene came out, again, right on time at 11AM. And immediately put booties on over his shoes. He went up in the attic and took measurements, and checked the location outside to see just exactly what unit would fit our needs. He had all kinds of different manufactures to choose from, explained why some would work better than others, depending on the different needs and requirements we may have as homeowners. And we agreed on a unit. They offered different payment options, which we agreed on one, and than we scheduled the installation. I couldn't believe it, they were coming out the following Monday! Sure enough, the install crew showed up Monday morning, right at 8:30. And, by just about 1PM, they were done. The A/C works great! I just can't get over how quickly everything was taken care of! And, as funny as it may sound, everyone I dealt with just seemed so courteous and honest! You just don't get that kind of service anymore. If you'
