I called Treasure Coast A/C..and I'm still in a state of shock..lol..I spoke with Kate and she was so kind and professional..She was able to set up an appointment for me for this afternoon!! Luke was absolutely wonderful..he is so very nice and professional!!!! The customer service is absolutely STELLAR!! I highly recommend Treasure Coast A/C!!!
These guys saved me on a holiday and installed a new AC the next day!!!! They were so polite and extra helpful, how can it get any better than this?!
My air ran out of Freon on July 4th Treasure Coast Air was the only one to respond, Tyler and his dad got things going in no time ten stars is not enough! Saved my life thanks 💙

We are on the service plan, and called last night. They arrived at 8:30 am (as requested) and fixed the problem at no cost. While they were there, they also did a quick check of the system overall.
I haven't had the air cond on since 10 mnths ago. I ordered a check up July 26 and guy went to thermostat and said you need new batteries and asked do I have batteries. I handed him 2 new batteries. I would think that since I'm paying $55 for a check up - that should include 2 AA batteries. When he checked the rooftop unit he said your ------? (solinoid?) is "chattering". I asked is that something that needs replacing because it can wear out the whole system. He said it could last 5 years more or not. So I declined to have it replaced for $150 - but left wondering if that was accurate advise! He said I didn't need refrigerant. Not too confident the unit was apprised expertly..

Luke performed the service on time and was very pleasant to work with. He explained the reason for the needed maintenance, answered all my questions and treated me and my property with respect. My A/C was running again in less than 30 minutes. Treasure Coast Air has always met my expectations and I have recommended them to family & friends . Their service is by far the best!
