My brand new AC went out and the contractor that installed it was out of town so I called Von's. Not only did Terry come out the next day, but was super fast, professional, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company for your AC needs!!
Terry was my tech this is the second time I've used vons. Terry was kind and courteous and a great person. Very knowledgeable and it felt like he wanted to share his knowledge. He was quick with finding the problem and extremely good at explaining the what,when, and how it could happen and happen in the future. If terry could be my tech everytime eventually he would be over for dinner. He is a great salesmen and knows the products and deals that are going on. Both as a service provider and a salesmen he is truly one of the major reasons I will continue to use von's.
Thank you for sending a understanding person. He has very kind and empathetic words. I'm so sorry for my tears. My 2yr old niece was murdered. Right now I can't hold back the sorrow and pain. But Bob was very sympathetic and he did locate the issue with my unit. Thank you.
Von's installed my new unit Oct 2021, we've had no problems. The installation was neat, clean and promptly on time. The install technician we courteous, clean and very respectful of property and in his conduct. Since installation, we have had 2 minor problems, the first was addressed quickly and though it did take 2 visits, the problem was resolved in the same professional style. The 2nd problem was identified by a first technician visit and found to be the A/C Disconnect box, which was changed by a local electrician and then my impatient self didn't believe and the A/C was fixed because the inside house temp stayed at 80 degrees. Jackie in dispatch should be recognized as "Most patient and kindest" call center coordinator on the planet, (if thats your title), Thank you for calming me down with your professional attitude and voice. To the Owners of Von's Heating And Air Conditioning, Thank you for your quick response to personally come out to my home and test and check my system as a 3rd visit and quality check. My family and I really, really appreciate you, your service, your quality your family/our family attitude and conduct. If your Air Conditioning company isn't like the description that I've written about in this review.......it's probably time to switch to Von's Heating and Air Conditioning!! The technician came an hour early. He was very polite and very knowledgeable in his trade. Appreciate the work and won’t hesitate to call Von’s again and recommend to others
We had a mini split system installed and work done on our home ac system They were very informative and very professional. Their work was of exceptional quality and done the same day that we called them for a quote. I am greatly impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. I will be using them for all of our heating and air
I was able to make appointment online, super easy. Von's installed a new ac and got the heat back under control. Price was reasonable and house is cold again. I will gladly do business with Von's in the future.
Unacceptable. From ownership down. Finally got around to updating this post. Do not recommend. They replaced my evaporator months later ac not working. Replaced condenser. Which they paid for. (Neglectful work by their tech damaged it) Months later ac not working. Try to get them to come out again. They said no. Hired another company, Air excel. Found the leaking lineset. Not only can they not diagnose an improperly working a/c , they left thousands of dollars on the table. Never asked for anything free, just asked them to do what they claim to do for a living. FIX HVAC SYSTEMS.

Amazing company. Not only did they come out on a weekend, a holiday at that. Our AC decided what better gift on Father’s Day than a BRAND NEW unit. Everyone was very professional and polite from the service call, to the technician ( Chris I think), to Derek the GM, and to our two amazing techs, Ernie and Brandon, who are working hard to get the AC complete. After calling around to a few place this was by far the best value and the fastest turn around. Also a Huge thank you to Derek for upgrading us when he discovered the model we had chosen was actually damaged instead of making us wait for that exact model to be reordered etc. We are sooo grateful for this company and will be recommending to all of the locals 😊
I can only say that Ernie and Brandon provided the best AC service I have experienced in over 35 yrs of having companies come to my residences. Throughout the process not one hiccup. All work items were handled in a timely and professional manner. A definite well deserved 5 star rating.
Called the company we had a maintenance agreement with and was told they couldn't come out to look at our system for 5 days. Called Von's late in the day and they were out the next day before noon! Fixed the issue in less than one hour and we signed a new maintenance agreement on the spot! There was no pressure whatsoever. Excellent response time and very professional! Highly recommend!!!

Mario was the technician who did the job at my house. I honestly recommend it. Mario is very professional, he showed me the part that he changed and the reason why he changed it. I would definitely call this company again!!

This is an awesome company. I of course googled air conditioner company due to our air conditioning going out on a 90 degree plus day and i am so glad i trusted them. The technician they sent out named Tyler was professional as well as knowledgeable. He got right to work and thankfully was able to fix our air . We will be repeat customers.
