This company does excellent work on AC's. Has maintained my AC for years. Please note: I have two units. I have never had to call back for any issues of their work. Lawn repair guy accidentally cut my AC drain which ran under my house. This company pumped all the water from under my house and rerouted my drain more sensibly. Which took several hours and the price was still affordable. I've had my AC's serviced in the pouring rain, extreme heat, and late/evening hours. VERY RELIABLE and AFFORDABLE. One time a lizard electrocuted itself and wiped out my AC fuses and it was taken care of immediately. Another time one of my AC's had an issue, they were able to save me money by directly contacting the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. I didn't even think that was possible being that I've had my home for years. I am so thankful. Saved me $$$. My neighbors too are now using this company and has said they were impressed. Hands down good business! Businesses that operate like this are far and between. Would use Givens Solutions again and again.

Great experience with Given’s both times he came out to take care of our HVAC system. He came highly recommended by people in my community when our system stopped working. His knowledge was obvious, and his professionalism, and service did not disappoint. While big companies were scaring us into replacing before we could afford to, Givens was able to get our system up and running while we figured out next steps. When we finally decided to replace our system, Givens gave us not only the real about making such a big purchase but he made an already difficult and expensive process less stressful and more affordable for us compared to other companies. My family and I definitely recommend Givens for all HVAC repair and replacement.
