Senstemp was awesome. They responded quickly to schedule the service call, kept exactly to the window they said and even let me know when they were on the way to know exactly when to expect them in the window. The technician diagnosed the problem with expert quickness, had the necessary part on hand, and completed the repair quickly.
Cleaned clogged AC drain for a very reasonable price. Had a Saturday appointment too with no extra charge. Worked fast and was done in 20 min.
Darren is such a great guy. We had to use him thru our home warranty from purchase and he took care of us better than the warranty did. He purchased the parts we needed to get us up and running before the ordered parts came in from warranty. Highly recommend him ;)
Made time to come out and repair our ac on same day, they took time to find several shorts in the wiring that another company did not take the time to do several days before. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend. Not only knowledgeable about HVAC systems and repairs, but also know what customer service and punctuality mean. They were scheduled to arrive between 3-5pm and called to say they would arrive at 3:30pm and did. The problem with the AC was quickly diagnosed as a clogged drain pipe. There was no clean-out access, so the pipe had to be cut. But before putting high-pressure air through the pipe, they made efforts to prevent blow-back onto the house where the pipe exited outside - that was important to them. Once the pipe was unclogged with the air blow, they wanted to get their hose to wash off the house and would have if I hadn't had a hose ready. At no extra charge they did a tweak on that exit end of the pipe for a better flow and when replacing the inside part of the pipe they added a clean-out access. They also shared lots of tips about how a homeowner can maintain a system and added that they are always willing to walk a homeowner over the phone through simple procedures. They were professional, organized, and friendly not once complaining about the 91 degrees inside the house nor working within the confines of a small closet where the air handler was located. Definitely recommend SensTemp.
Amazing people and company! I absolutely love the teamwork that is involved and the work that this company does! I recommend them all the time when people need AC work. My whole family in the area uses them and we have never had a single problem. They truly are honest people and tell you if you need a new system or not. They are here for YOU. Senstemp was dispatched to my home by 2-10 Warranty Company to service my A/c which was on its last leg and no longer could blow cold air. Senstemp conducted a thorough examination of not only the unit outside but also the Handler Inside. They determined that the unit was just too old to attempt repairs so the contacted 2-10 and put in a claim for me. 2-10 honored Senstemp's diagnosis and agreed to replace my entire system with a 5 Ton Lenox A/C and Handler. The unit was ordered and installed by Senstemp in under 2 weeks. When they arrived on the date of install, you couldn't ask for a more courteous company. They took the time to walk me through the install so that I was fully aware of what I was getting and how it operated. From this point forward, I will be dealing direct with Senstemp rather than going through my home warranty company. TOP NOTCH SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE!!! I would recommend them to anyone in need of service or replacement.

I called and left a message regarding a Samsung Split A/C unit not cooling. My call was returned promptly and they just happened to be around the corner from my house. They arrived within minutes and quickly trouble shot my system. They serviced the Freon and the unit was cooling once again. Very professional, friendly, courteous and reasonable. I was very fortunate that they happened to be in my neighborhood. I will call them the next time I have A/C Issues.
