The best customer service! Wow. Our AC stopped working last night, July 3rd, and we posted in our neighborhood group this morning (July 4th) asking for recommendations and Croft was highly recommended by our neighbors. I was not even expecting them to answer on the holiday, but not only did they answer, they had our AC fixed and working within 2 hours of calling. Exceptional customer service and professionalism! Thank you!

This company has done many repairs and replacements for multiple homes and businesses I have owned over the years. Their honesty and integrity stand far above anyone we have ever used. Mr Croft was able to find a leak hidden under a roof top system at my condominium and get the roofer to correct it. I had been watching my ceiling leak for the last four months until Mr. Croft came in and got it fixed within four days. I am so grateful.

We have used Croft Heating and Air a couple of times now. We can't recommend this company enough! Everyone we have worked with has been Honest, very knowledgeable, explained what was going on, just put us at ease from the start. They stand by their work and is a company built on integrity and it shows! We will definitely be be return customers.
I called and Butch was out of town, yet he called me back later that night. We trouble shot a few things and he determined what we needed and sent a tech out the next morning to verify. Spot on. Had us up and running that day and under the factory warranty. I would recommend Butch Croft for all your HVAC needs.
Great people to deal with. After waiting for another company to come check my system and them not showing up as promised, I called Butch Croft. He came out within an hour and checked my system out. He found that the system was over charged with coolant which causes the system to not run efficiently. He explained things as he went along, checked the inside and outside units and got the system cooling in no time. He charged a very reasonable amount and didn't try to upsell me on unneeded repairs. I would recommend Croft without reservation.

I'm a very very busy individual and it's extremely uncommon for me to write a review. However, Croft AC deserves my appreciation and highest recommendation... My AC unit was blowing hot air and I called another company, who was referred by an acquaintance. The owner ran some diagnostics and I was informed that the unit needed freon replenishment. $350 later (and after he'd left), hot air continued to flow out of the vents. Before calling Butch Croft, I had left messages for two other companies in the area whom have not returned my calls. Butch was courteous, responsive, and showed up on time as promised. After diagnostics, I was informed that an "economizer" needed to be replaced. Butch bypassed the faulty switch and the AC is blowing cold air once again. As a token of appreciation for his integrity I offered Butch a tip, which he politely declined. In this day and age it's very rare to find a professional who is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. Croft AC has earned my respect, my business, all of my friends' and family's businesses, and my 5-STAR review!! Thanks Butch!
Great service, Great price, Great A/C! I would almost say I was happy my A/C broke, they were able to come right out and fix it gave me tips on maintaining my unit and how to keep a happy and healthy A/C unit. I will recommend this company to everyone!
We have used Croft Heating and Air several times. They have always responded very quickly (usually in about 20 minutes), have low service call fees and fair parts costs, and have explained simple steps we can take to keep our system running efficiently. We couldn't recommend them any more highly. Great company, friendly staff, quality repairs.
