Professional and responsive without the unnecessary added costs that seem to be quoted by other companies. They were recommended by a family friend and will be called the next time our old unit needs to be fixed or replaced. I just want to say, “thank you, to Chris and Toole Technologies, for good work and better than competitive pricing”.
Please do yourself and your family a favor and do not go with this company. After the 3rd visit we are still without a/c! We were basically told it takes time to cool down. We’ve been waiting since yesterday! When the “fix” was done. How much time does it take?! Never have I had such a bad experience. Had the so called service tech Chris stand and argue with me and my husband, in our home! Really?! All we wanted was our issue resolved, was that too much to ask? Had two appointments, neither were met at said time. There was no window, these were exact set times. What a joke!
I chose Keith and his team based on the multitude of positive reviews online plus the constant recommendations on our community Facebook pages. Toole Technologies made multiple efforts to schedule and fit us in on short notice. They were quick to respond early in the morning after I lost AC late at night. They fixed what they knew to be the issue and after I called to say another issue was still present, they sent a technician back the same day without charging us more though there was more work done. I would absolutely recommend Toole to anyone that has AC issues. Like all the other reviews, Toole will treat you with respect and show the professionalism all the reviews before mine state.
Fantastic and timely service! Called to schedule a regular maintenance cleaning and actually ended up having trouble with our unit that night and they were able to put us on the schedule the next instead of having to wait for our schedule maintenance. Also, felt their pricing was very fair. Would definitely recommend them!
GREAT JOB, WELL DONE Your company came very highly recommended from a friend of which I do agree. Between calling for service and having a complete new system installed only took a couple of days. That was wonderful and was less worry for me. The installers were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. When and If I will need any further assistant in the future I will contact your company. Thank you again. I have already given your company name to other friends and will when I hear of others needing your service.
By far the best service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Totally satisfied with our new A/C system. They really care about their customers and make sure of it. Highly recommend Toole Technologies!

Now i feel silly for even bothering him but he saved my family from being melted. Security system ppl had the ac control not set up right so it kept blowing hot air .But his company was at my neighbors home putting in a 2 new units so i asked hey i need saving too, lol .Keith Toole to the rescue .Awesome service and extremely nice Gentleman
This company is 1st class EVERYTIME! Always a quick response time. They fix the problem the first time, and always very friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I called on Sunday... today is Friday still no service.. I was referred to them by so many people.. I called again today.. they said someone would be here in 30-40 mins... that was almost 2 hours ago... I will not and would not recommend them to anyone....Its toooo HOT to not have AC.....
Excellent responsiveness. Called at 7am and spoke with answering service. Received a return call and they were at my home by 8:10am. Very professional service and fixed the problem immediately. Highly recommend...
The tech that came out today was courteous and knowledgeable. I called early this morning and he was here by 9am and out by 930am with diagnosis and repair. Very pleased with the service of my AC system! Thanks!
I can't tell you how pleased my wife and I are right now. Our AC compressor failed last week and we have been busy getting estimates for the repair. It was Keith at Toole Technologies that thought outside the box and gave us more options than just patching our 11yr old unit. He managed to get us a NEW complete outside unit, for the cost of what others were estimating for just a compressor repair. And took less than 24hrs to have the unit at the house and installed. Kudos to him and his crew!
I called Toole Technologies when my air conditioning was out and they came the same day. They fixed it that day and gave me a very fair price! I have used them more than once and was very satisfied. I would highly recommend them!
