Great job. Met and exceeded my expectations. Although price was a bit higher than the average local repair A/C refrigeration company( but not by much). However, you get what you pay for. One and done, I spent twice the amount calling out people to come and fix my refrigeration issues when all I had to do is call Global Warming and Cooling. They fixed everything in one shot and it looks clean and professional. I highly recommend them.

Steve knows what he is doing ! He explains things and answers questions readily. I trust him implicitly!! I have dealt with other companies in the past and Global is , by far, the only one I can trust to be honest and fair. 06/29/23 Mark and Tyler were here promptly and diligently went to work just to perform 6mo maintenance on my unit. Besides that, Steve was here on Sat to replace my thermostat which stopped working because of a power surge of some sort. I can’t say enough positive things about these guys and how they get right to work, know enjoy their work, and answer your questions. Again, thank you Steve, Mark, and Tyler!!!
ANOTHER UPDATE: Today Wesley came out for our semi-annual service. Once again, this team is always professional, friendly, and thorough! UPDATE: Had our 2nd systems check as we signed up for the annual maintenance services. Steven came out and did a full service and inspection. He showed us an area we need to keep an eye on and will recheck in 6 months at our next service. Sooooo happy we found this company and I highly recommend! ORIGINAL: I’ve used many HVAC services in my lifetime and this one is by far the best! The technician, Mike, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions and provided additional details about things I didn’t even know about with our system. Will see them again in 6 months for the next maintenance service.

Mr. Steve was the only one who answered his phone out of 4 AC companies! He had us up and running, literally within 3 hrs of me calling him. This included a 30 min drive one way to get the parts necessary to get us operational! I will NOT call anyone else! Thank you Mr. Steve

Great friendly service and very quick to respond. They partner with Select Home Warranty Service and had nothing positive to say about that company’s product. When I did further research and BBB complaints about the exact issues I was being told it really looks suspicious. Buyer beware
