Recently moved to Florida, AC stopped working last night! Contacted Stephen K. Denny at 7:30 am on a Sunday after reviewing all their favorable reviews online. They responded quickly and were out within an hour. Shammah was professional, experienced and personable. He repaired my AC, answered all my questions and was considerate and cleaned up! I will be getting a service contract with Stephen K. Denny. Completely satisfied!!

I have used Stephen K. Denny for years. They are always there to save the day. I was watching my thermostat climb past 90° and than there was a knock at the door, earlier than expected too. Once again, I can't say thank you enough for always keeping us Cool :-)
I've been in Florida for 56 years. I have been through my share of A/C companies. Steven K Danny air has installed two complete systems for me over the years. My family and I will never use another air-conditioning company. ever! They are by far the best.
Frank was unusually helpful. I would like him to come back the next time for my maintenance.
We have used Denny for years. They are professional and responsive. Most importantly, they aren't always finding something you need.
Tim was my service man that came to my house to check out my air conditioning system. He checked everything and was very thorough. This the first time I used this company for air conditioning system. He cleaned the inside area around my air conditioner and then went and did the same thing. He was awesome. A real gentleman and knew his job very well. I would definitely recommend this company that wants a reliable company to take care of their systems including pool heat pumps. 5 star company. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Stephen K Denny are my trusted go-to professionals for all things A/C. They installed a new unit in my home renovation a few years back and I was very happy with the services. Since then I've had some minor challenges with my unit and they've consistently been reliable and helpful every time I call. I did have some recent concerns and feedback about the repair work they had done and they immediately came out and made it right. One of the techs that made an outstanding impression on me was Glen - he was professional, helpful, punctual and respectful. As a single female homeowner, I am not well versed in technical verbiage for this type of work but Glen was able to explain things to me in a simple and helpful manner without being condescending. I commend the team for being open to my feedback and making it right -- these guys are AWESOME! Thanks Stephen K Denny!

From the time Joe answered the phone until Tim was pulling away in under 3 hours from start to finish, I was amazed with their professionalism, ability to change schedules based on my needs, the diligence of Tim on the job and his incredible patience sitting outside in the 90+ degree heat on hold with the manufacturer of our unit literally for an hour and of course the results!!! The previous company I was using had been to the house 8 times, invoiced me over $2400, changed the compressor twice, along with one of the boards twice and another one once and still couldn't get it to work. Tim diagnosed the issue, called the manufacturer, had them walk him through the diagnostics and realized the last company wired it wrong. I have signed my home and business up for maintenance contracts with them and will recommend them to ANYONE that needs HVAC help

My ac has not been keeping up with the hot summer I called Steven k Denny the tech was friendly and professional. I was told I needed a new evaporator coil and that I would get a quote the next day. It’s been 3 days and I have heard a thing from the company. I called twice and was told oh yeah we’ll have a quote for you by the end of the day. Still zero response. Needless to say they’ve lost my business.
Another company came out and did nothing. They told me to have my condo clean the drain lines. My condo is saying they were doing it but yet I'm getting water backing up. Stephen k Denny's guy came out and I put him with the building maintenance man so he can make sure the correct drain lines were being cleaned. They were not. He also came in and cleaned out the lines to the main line or something like that but he went above and beyond and I got answers instead of drips. Great job guys. He really went the extra mile.
I woke up to a hot house on a Saturday Morning. I called at approximately 7:15am and some one answered the phone surprisingly. The tech called back shortly after. He got here by 10am and thankfully issue was fixed by 11am. The Florida Heat right now is indexing in the low 100s so to get it fixed before that kicks in is Super! Thank you.
We appreciate a quick response when our AC stopped cooling!! The service person was courteous and professional! He wore shoe covers, too! It’s wonderful to be cool again!
