Complete Comfort sent a tech out by the end of the day. He made the recommendation for needed repairs, and gave me the options I needed to make a decision. The next morning, parts were ordered and the system was up and running by mid-day. Fred and Mark acted as a team to provide great service.
Danny was prompt, professional, courteous and very competent. He went the extra mile to complete the service call.

Their office is helpful and the crew at Complete Comfort did a great AC install for us. Few of us have the extra money for a new system ready, but they helped us apply for a payment program. The maintenance program is very reasonable and helpful to keep us running well too. Never a worry, thank you!
I called at about 8 pm on Saturday because when we got home we found our AC had stopped working while we were out. We have a hairy dog and it always clogs up. It’s summer so we tried to call local AC companies who were still open. This was the only company proclaiming to be open that actually answered and I’m so grateful. They not only answered but scheduled us for the next day (Sunday). Josh called before he arrived to let us know he was on his way and he unclogged and fixed our AC. He gave us information on their maintenance plans and we were so happy with the responsiveness, his courteous professionalism, and the repair that we signed up. Thank you, thank you, thank you for saving us from having to go sleep at an AirBnB with our dogs this weekend and for working during the weekend. We are so grateful.

Had AC issue, by which AC would not turn on. I searched and found Complete Comfort Air Conditioning & Heat. The next day they sent technician Justin R., and wow, he was the best. Super courteous, nice, honest and knowledgeable. I learned a lot and Justin gave me tips on the AC maintenance. He located and advised what the issue was and was well equipped to start fixing the issue. I 100% recommend this company for your AC needs, and I would hope they send Justin to help with your AC needs, he is the best! Added a picture of the new water pump installed, came out very nice. Great job.

AC unit is running great. Staff are professional, and knowledgeable. I've had twice yearly maintenance for a few years, happy with the service. Recently needed an A/C repair. Ryan did a great job, gave me a temp part while waiting for the replacement part to arrive.
Justin arrived promptly at scheduled time, was very courteous, explained things as he went through the maintenance checks. Highly recommend this company.
