The technician was very friendly and helpful, and he even told me about some other things we could do to make sure our system was running efficiently.
Very nice. I called them to come fix my heater. They came right away and fixed everything in just a couple of hours! Great service! they even cleaned up after themselves so that I don't have to worry about any messes or extra dirt in the house.
Very pleased with the service provided by this company. I was able to reach them easily and get an appointment for a repair. They were very professional and courteous, and I'm glad that I called them instead of a different company that I found online.
We always rely on Split System Heating & Cooling firm when we experience HVAC problems. Our AC wasn't functioning when we woke up, but they fixed it the same day after we called them right away. Split System Heating & Cooling was the most responsive mechanical contractors that i have every used in one our residential and commercial properties. The owner is a great guy and you can tell he cares for his technicians and customers. I had two air conditioner compressors installed the very next day. I would highly recommend using Split System Heating & Cooling for all of your residential HVAC needs.
Split System Heating & Cooling were able to get us in same day. Our technician arrived within our scheduled window, was very professional, personable and polite. He explained In detail and had photos and video to show me, and email to me so my husband could see. He replaced the parts same day and made sure everything was working order before he left, and took extra time to show me everything again so I could understand what was completed. Split System Heating & Cooling was wonderful. They explained everything fully and were very courteous. They didn't even mind my loveable dog's attempt to give them kisses. They made my house feel warm again with her excellent service and personable demeanor. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dan came by to check out some issues with my AC. He diagnosed the thermostat as the cause of the issue and suggested upgrading the system. The entire process was flawless and the business was done so right. I have a new thermostat already fixed and the system is working perfectly. Split System Heating & Cooling will always be my first company to call for any HVAC needs!
We are very happy with the duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning that was performed by Dan and his team. They were efficient, professional and neat in their work. they used the shortest time to do the whole job and were very thorough and competent. We will be using them again when needed.
Very happy with Split System Heating & Cooling. I got an appointment quickly, and although I was originally put off by fee, that ended up being the total cost. They were able to fix it in that one visit, and even came back for free a repair a week later when our very old heater had the same issue. Reliable, trustworthy, and responsive!
