I recently had my AC breakdown at my home and needed a replacement, so as I always do, I called Artic Fox which has been servicing my home and businesses for the last 4 years. As I am accustomed to, the technicians arrived on time and were very courteous and respectful. They took the time to assess my needs and provided me with a range of options that would best suit my budget and requirements. Throughout the installation process, they kept me informed every step of the way, and were always available to answer any questions that I had. Prior to working with Artic Fox I worked with other companies and can tell you that the workmanship Artic Fox provides is always of the highest quality, and they take great care to ensure that everything is installed correctly and to the highest standards. Also, if you’re a clean freak like me, they always leave their work area spotless. A big plus for me. Since the installation, my new air conditioning unit has been working flawlessly, and thanks to them recommending the right equipment based off my needs I have noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills. With all the fly by night companies that are out there today it’s good to know my AC is one part of my life that is on cruise control as long as Artic Fox is taking care of me. Professional company that does business and work properly. This is an actual licensed company not a shady overnight company just running out of a van. Had 2 A/Cs and full new duct work installed in our renovated home. Everything was perfect and connected properly, no messy patch work or shortcuts. Definitely recommend this business for all A/C needs and will be using them when I need maintenance.
