They were timely, professional and explained and showed me what needed repairs on my HVAC. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I needed to check his math in totaling my bill. I'm happy with their job.
Used this company a few times, and they have always been very helpful. They were able to get me in quickly and fix my problem. The staff was friendly, and they took the time to explain what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them!

The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, and they don't try to sell me things I don't need or overcharge me for services I didn't request. They're always on time, too!
Excellent experience with this company. Jonathan was on time, very professional, and thoroughly explained answers to my questions. We had our water heater inspected, maintenance and cleaning performed on our fireplace, and the vent duct for our dryer cleaned. Expert maintenance for a very reasonable price.
Dan and Ben were extremely responsive and came out the same day to service my air conditioner. Alfonso was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained how to maintain my equipment and helped adjust the flow in various rooms. I would recommend Sparks Heating & Air Conditioning and will hire again and again. 5 stars all the way.
