***** (5 stars) for Alex the sales man. He is so professional, thorough, and kind. He gave us an exceptional quote for a new AC unit with realistic options. Their prices, justifications, and replacement requirements were all fair and high quality. He noticed things we needed (i.e., different tonnage, ductwork sizing and improvements) that other companies didn't even notice when getting quotes. We had a breaking 19 year-old unit that would need replacement in days. After he quoted us, the unit did break down two more times. He was able to get a window unit to us ASAP and help us out. He also got us our new unit within days so we were up and running. We were so impressed. ***** (5 stars) for John and Keegan who installed our new unit. These guys are professional, thorough, and efficient. I felt so bad they were sweltering in this July heat. They NEVER complained, came prepared and worked hard. They were the sweetest and we enjoyed them here. I was really impressed with their ability to work together as a team. We have only been with Jacobs for a week and change, we switched from our former company we had been with for over 20+ years. So this review is based on these recent interactions. Only time will tell on quality of service and I hope it stays this amazing!
These keys are wonderful!! They do a great jog, they are fair priced and punctual.
My A/C went out. I called Jacob HAC. Luis came to fix my A/C. Not sure why, but there were a few hurdles to overcome in fixing the A/C; however, Luis took ownership. He stayed here, and eventually solved all issues. Fixed the A/C. Thank you Luis! I would recommend Jacob HAC to family, friends. They came on time, and CSR Aubrey and Misty are fine as well. They answer right away. No long holds. Great customer service. Thanks everyone!

I called Jacob's and within an hour Robert was on his way to our house help us get air conditioning installed.Our service technicians were John & Keegan who did an excellent installation and within a few hours were done, including cleaning up the work area. Thank you all.
Wow! What an honest and fair price company. They did what they said, showed up when they said and never treated me like I was just a job! I deal with many contractors and this by far was the best experience! I strongly recommend this company!
We just had a new air conditioning system installed in our condo. JD and Pablo were real professionals, and worked quickly and efficiently. The installed unit looks clean and neat. Great job!
The service provided by jacobs heating and air conditioning was great. They have been in business for a long time and I can see why. They arrived for the service exactly on time. The service cost estimate was right on target. The technicians John, j.o., and Pablo were very efficient and explained what they did in a very easy to understand dialog. We are definitely going to use jacobs for future hvac servicing and maintenance.
I think JD and Pablo did a good job with the installation of my new AC Unit. So far I have no concerns and am satisfied with their work.

I live out of state I have the grand kid down for a visit.I arrive at my house and it is 98 degrees in the house. My ac unit is not working. I called them at 6:00pm talked with there dispatch left my information and within the hr I received a call from there tech Luis. He arrived within 20 minutes.. He was great!!! Trouble shot my unit and had the house cooling back down in no time. I highly recommend them for there response and skill...
I have used Jacob Heating and Air for many years. When it was time to replace my AC unit and duct work Alex who was very nice and professional came out to provide me with a quote. JD and Pablo did a great job with the installation. They explained all the work before and went over the system after. They were professional, courteous, and respectful and did a great job of keeping me informed with all the steps along the way. Their office staff is great and patient with my many questions. I highly recommend Jacob Heating and Air Conditioning.

Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning is a company that always has that "Hometown Feeling" and they are " honest. " Now, My story begins with: I wanted to upgrade my HVAC Filter System, for my new house. So, I contacted in November 2022 the " prior local A/C company ( their decal was on A/C air handler ) " : Thus, they only changed my filter and they never called me back about my upgrade requests ( I called them back many of times ). Therefore, I contacted ( in June 2023 ) Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning that installed and serviced my last house ( only 1.5 mile away in Glenwood ). On 06June2023, Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning did the upgrades and they were totally professional. Thank you to the entire team at Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning because this Marine is Honest and Directly to the Point. OH YEA !
J. D. and Pablo were on time, professional, careful and considerate. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the work environment when the installation was complete. They reviewed the operation of the new equipment and made sure we were comfortable with its operation. We are very pleased.

From the first day when JD, Pablo and Keegan showed up the process was excellent. They removed the 49 year old duct work and kept the work area clean. Over the next two and a half days JD and Pablo installed the new duct work and returns with no issues. JD and Pablo were very professional and had excellent attention to detail. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I would Jacob again.
This company was very responsive and professional. They worked on my house the very next day of processing the order and got on time.
