Technicians Andrew and Andrey came to my home today. They were very friendly and professional. They gave me great information on new products I can use to improve my air purification in our home. I liked them so much that I signed up for the maintenance plus plan. I will recommend them and the company to anyone who has ac needs.
They arrived on time, quickly and efficiently completed the job. They were very professional and patient answering all of my questions. I will definitely use them again!

Jose and Peter did phenomenal job. Was out for regular maintenance. Was informed of pending capacitor failure and future service was set up to replace parts as to avoid hot summer!!! Would recommend to anyone.

Todd came out to our home yesterday and sourced a part for us on the spot. The part came in and was replaced and installed the next day by Todd. This was after another company had us waiting nearly 3 weeks for the part. Todd was extremely professional, worked efficiently and was very pleasant. We will continue using All American for our AC services and repairs. Top notch service!

Andrey was extremely helpful and an absolute professional. While he was here he explained every step that was being performed. He took the time to explain why he was flushing the line and how it was the reset on the thermostat that caused my issue. He also took the time to answer my question around filters and what truly is the best kind to use. I will be recommending him and his team to anyone who needs ac repair. Doing this all on a Sunday morning short notice I could not be happier that my house is cooling back down once again

This company is so easy to deal with, schedule and problem solve. They seem to have a system that works. I didn't feel like I had to go through the awkward upselling process during my system maintenance. A problem was identified and they were experienced and educated me on the solution that made sense. Their response time is fast as well!
