At our work our AC went down, leaking water and was not keeping cool. Jessie called Legacy and we were able to get on the schedule the very next morning. Response time was amazing. The service technician Josh was very informative when he came out.
A/C technician Josh completed maintenance on my A/C. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue right away. He took the time to answer all of my questions and offered suggestions. I highly recommend Legacy Air Conditioning. Great service !
One of my AC units went down, and the part needed wasn't available locally. Jon at the office was relentless in making calls from several suppliers, even some out of state, and through those efforts was able to get the replacement part getting us back up and running. Josh from Legacy arrived on time, did a thorough diagnostic on our system, then, found and fixed the problem. He clearly explained the repair as he showed us what needed to be fixed. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so courteous and professional.

We recently had our AC stop working and decided to replace it. Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job and our house feels better than it ever has before! They were courteous, clean and took pride in their work. Very nice group and beat the next closest price by over a thousand dollars for the same type of AC! Definitely recommend!!!

We called late evening and they offered to come same day. We opted for the next day as the ac system was in a spare building. Josh came out the next morning and had it running in less than hour. He was very friendly and professional.

Called for an appointment at 10:10 Am this morning. Josh worked me into his busy day and arrived at 1:15 after calling me to say he would be here within a half an hour, and he was. He is so courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. He repaired the A/C and installed a thermostat in 45 minutes. I will always use and recommend this company to everyone.

First time doing business with this company and what a nice gentleman they sent! He discovered not so good things in our filter (3 dogs continual hair)! But took care of business AND showed me the filter to buy next time as it was an odd size. Drain line full too, so quite happy I called them. Super nice and very helpful!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Josh did an excellent job fixing our a/c. The condensate pipe was blocked with two pieces of sheathed wire that got down the pipe during construction. Josh blew out the pipe so it would stop clogging. Josh was personable, professional and thorough. I would recommend.
Josh was amazing and got my air conditioning working in less than 30 minutes. He explained the issues and work before he started, along with the cost. I am very satisfied with this company and will always use them for my heating and cooling needs.
