I called T & S after my AC started leaking water. The system still worked, but was not at full capacity. I called on a Sunday afternoon and Tina sent Scott out Monday morning for 0930. He arrived at 0916, and was done by 10. Long story short, the line was clogged and it's not the first time it's happened. I explained to Scott that it has happened before. He evaluated what needed to be done and got it taken care of. Another company said they could be there Tuesday or Thursday. It's Florida, it's hot, and I did not want to wait that long. Thank you to the company and Scott's prompt service and tips are keeping the AC running well.
T&S Air Designs did a great job. They were very professional and were reasonably priced. They are always so reliable and trustworthy.
I left them a message early morning that our AC stopped working overnight. They called me back as soon as they opened (8 am) and by 9:30 - our AC was up and running again at a very reasonable price! Not only did they fix the AC, but took the time to give me some lessons on how the unit works, what monthly maintenance I should be doing, the first things to check if it goes out again. Also talked to me about the best add ons and options for my sons asthma. So helpful, friendly, and quick! Thanks so much!

T&S Air is the best and most professional company I've ever experienced! My 1st call was professional because I was not put on hold or anything. I stated why I was calling and immediately transferred to Scott who helped me understand everything needed and got me scheduled to have Jeremy come out to evaluate the unit since it's a 2nd story building and he was very professional as well and quickly had answers and a way to get the job done. When Scott and Jeremy arrived to do replacement they where very polite and professional. They respected my home and my pets and I was home alone that day, being a female I know sometimes women hesitate to have workers come out but they made me feel very comfortable and definitely felt safe. They did an amazing efficient job, done in a timely manner and cleaned after job was done. Scott took the time afterwards to explain where everything was, what to use, how to use things which made me feel I chose the right company and would chose them again for anything! Thank you Scott and Jeremy & T&S team that provided such good service!
We have been using T & S Air for HVAC maintenance for the last 3-4 years. They are always on time, friendly, professional and their prices are reasonable. A couple of years ago we had back to back power surges and as a result it fried the mother board to our unit. They responded promptly, ordered the part and within a few days we had cool air again. I highly recommend T & S Air for all of your HVAC needs.

A relative referred T&S as I needed a new AC. They set an appointment & I had the area ready for them. They were very professional and cleaned up after the install. An install is not particularly quick but T&S were in and out with in 6 hours with very little noise, which is great as I work from home. They went above and beyond what they needed which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend them for maintenance & install.
T & S Air was incredible. We had some very bad AC work done at some rental properties. They went above and beyond expectations to repair and replace AC's to assist us and our tenants. They would get 6 stars if possible! They are fabulous!!!

My wife and I woke up in the middle of the night confused why it was still hot when the AC was hot. Mind you this is a FL summer. I immediately called T&S Air Design because of their reviews online of others getting an honest quote from this family business. When I called, they immediately listened to my request and came home for a diagnostic within the hour. It was really fast. The technicians that came Scott and Jeremy were extremely polite. They found the problem right away which was a dead capacitor. They could've easily ripped me off by telling me it was something expensive as I have no knowledge with HVACs. They were super polite, honest, and best of all got my AC back to working condition. They literally done within 30 minutes. Later they gave free tips on preventative measures to keep my HVAC units run efficiently and get the most out of their lifespan. Thanks Scott, Jeremy and T&S Air Designs! I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
T & S went way above and beyond removing and installing my new air conditioner. Not only did they go over everything with me thuroughly, they saw issues with my electrical panel and fixed everything! PLUS they fixed my duct work issues which I wasn’t aware of. They are detailed with their work and make sure everything is of the highest standards. On top of that, their prices were better than every other company that gave me an estimate. I will always use T & S for all my AC needs.

I had an issue where my AC unit went out in May of 2017 almost at the peak of the summer heat. I did my research so I knew what to expect going in. I went through several companies from different referral sites and was quite disappointed with the lack of professionalism from each of the representatives including one multi-location company that was scheduled to do the replacement, but called me an hour after the techs were supposed to be on site stating that the all the installers were sick and I ended up cancelling the entire job. Frustrated about the cancellation and, to date, 3 weeks without AC. I did my own research without any referral service and found T&S Air Designs. Based on the experience and reviews from several sites, I gave them a call and told them my saga. Much to my surprise Scott told me he could be out later that day to look over the work and provide a quote. To my complete amazement he had all the answers, asked all the right questions and quoted me right where I expected the quote to be. He made suggestions about the specific make and model of Air Hander and Compressor unit that would best fit my house, which now, having a year experience with the new unit was the perfect choice. The best part of my experience was when Scott and his family arrived to do the work. It was like a concert of movement to put everything in its place and get it working. It was a great relief to get the AC back in the house. It took me a year to make this post as I really don't like rushing into posting comments until I can get enough experience with the product to ensure any issue that comes to light can be shared. A year later and the great experience is still running. Since the installation of this specific unit my electric bills have dropped an average of $40/mth on months the AC is being used. This can be contributed to the specific unit that was suggested and the additional work done on the Air Handler box to improve the airflow and insulation of the

This company came the next day when I needed them. They installed an AC unit and air handler system professionally and quickly the day after that! I will never use anyone else.
I would like to say that I had a very good experience with T & S design air all the way the from customer service( jack, Scott & his son)to the price, education and professional job. I have been with them for a long time. They have replaced 2A/C units for me and it is always a very good experience. They came on a Friday, had to order the part and did the job on Monday, quickly & efficiently plus explained to me i detail about warranty, maintenance, etc.. I also like the fact there are a small company family owned and are very honest with you and give u many options to choose from and will not just try to sell you a bag of goods you don't need.. I highly recommend them! Great job again T & S
