Had my a/c serviced by Hoffman about two weeks ago. The price was more than reasonable. I called at 8:00am and he was able to respond the same day. He knew what the exact issue was with the compressor and fixed it. He even took the extra time in the 100 degree heat to make sure it was running smoothly. Two weeks later and still running great. Not only was the price and response time great, the invaluable part was his thorough inspection and honest advice. Mr. Hoffman goes above and beyond any a/c repair I've ever experienced.
Garrett will give you no fluff and tell you exactly what needs to be done. Will absolutely use this business in the future when the needs arise once more.
Garrett serviced my old unit till it was time to replace. he replaced it and all my old ductwork with new. Highly recommend.

Mr. Hoffman was professional and very fair. He came out on a Sunday night and had us back up and going in under an hour. He was extremely fair and honest. I don’t normally leave reviews but he deserved it. If you’re needing a HVAC repair or service, do yourself a favor and call Mr. Hoffman, you will not be disappointed!! Very nice guy!!
Ac went out at 9:55pm called them and they were here within an hr. He was able to fix my ac unit with just a compressor couldn’t be more thankful for him being 5 months pregnant. Very nice man and he also had two more service calls and he left here at 11:30pm. Amazing service.
I wish I could give Mr. Hoffman and his company endless amount of stars! Out of sheer desperation I called Mr. Hoffman at 11 pm on a Sunday. My ac stopped working the night before and my home was unbearably hot. I have 5 kids,2 dogs and 4 cats. Our house was 85 degrees! This amazing man answered my call and less than an hour later he was on my doorstep. He immediately explained to me that I need to get my filters changed everytime I pay my electric bill (I'm buying in bulk tomorrow!) Turns out the compressor needed to be changed,thankfully he had the part and my house started cooling within an hour. Mr. Hoffman and I sat down and talked for awhile and he explained all the little things I could do to help lower my electric bill and keep my ac running. He reminded me so much of my dad back home in Hawaii. I absolutely loved sitting and chatting with him,even at 12:30 am! We will be life long customers and I will recommend him to any and everyone!
My AC stopped working at 7PM. Found Garrett through word of mouth. he came out in the rain at 10 PM and fixed my AC. I have to say you can't find this kind of service anywhere his service was great and professional. if you need anything done with your AC system use Garrett at Hoffman!!!
Mr. GARRETT HOFFMAN answered his phone on the first ring, ON A SUNDAY EVENING, and came right over ON A SUNDAY EVENING, BEFORE HE HAD HIS DINNER. CAN YOU IMAGINE?? He's a wonderfully professional technician and diagnosed my AC problem within minutes. He's the guy to call to solve your AC problems. NO QUESTION!!!

I came home from work to find our ac unit was not cooling. Being fairly new to the area, I called local businesses. Garrett was the first live voice l encountered on the phone. After a short wait,while refinished his previous appointment, he arrived and quickly had us up and running. I am still waiting for others to return my calls. Garrett is now our 'go to' ac guy! Definitely would reccomend!

Mr Hoffman has come to our aid several times, most recently we had a fan motor go out and he was more than happy to come after hours and fix it. Unlike other AC company’s that we have had he is not insistent on just replacing the whole thing. He is able to install affordable reliable parts to keep our aging system cooling well. I will continue to call Hoffman Heating and Air for all future needs. Thanks!

I do understand bad days and I hope you reached your family and that they are all ok from the storm. As I said before you are always so friendly which is why I was so taken back. I really do appreciate your response. I meant it when I said you are great at what you do and I will continue to recommend your services to anyone who may need them. I will also be calling you when the band aid you gave us falls off lol!
Air Out in September! The worse. I made a late call (11pm) to Hoffman Heating n Air. I'm actually shocked he picked up. I told him my AC just stopped. He asked where I was and said "No problem, I'm on my way. Be there in 20 minutes". WOW. Garrett was fair, accommodating, well versed, had all the parts needed on his truck. He had my A/C back up in an hour. What a life saver. Will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Slowly realized the temperature in my house was climbing. Noticed that the AC was not blowing cold air and the compressor wasn't turning on. Diagnosed it to be the capacitor. Called a few companies at 10pm after taking out the capacitor before I got to Hoffman and they informed me they could meet me with a new part in 30 minutes. Met the gentleman from Hoffman, bought the new part, got back and replaced the capacitor and now everything is working perfectly all before my 7 month old daughter woke up from the increasing temperature! Gentleman from Hoffman saved my night and came through for my 7 month old daughter as well so she can continue sleeping comfortably! Would recommend to anyone!
Our A/C started blowing hot air this evening raising our in home temperature to 90°😱. After carefully troubleshooting causes like clogged pipe, filter build up, thermostat battery and breakers we decided we couldn't troubleshoot any further without risking any damage to our unit🤔. After calling around various companies, we came across Hoffman Heating & Air and Garrett was awesome! 🤗He came right away when we needed him the most and now my family can sleep comfortably with A/C tonight ! I definitely recommend this company !!!! They deserve a million stars 😊🤗
