I called on Mid Florida A/C for help TWO TIMES this week and each was a very positive experience. First, the A/C at my home was not cooling effectively and then the very next day my Aunt had a problem with the A/C system at her home, which wasn't blowing any air at all. AL TAYLOR was awesome at my home on the first day. And then ADAM was equally amazing at my Aunt's home the following day. Both Adam and Al were prompt and extremely friendly and helpful and, in each case, they thoroughly explained what the problem was, presented all available options, and performed the work necessary to get each system up and running the same day.
I would like to aknowledge Adam. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I have been with Mid Florida for years. They are always there when i need them even after hours. So if you are looking for a great air conditioning company look no further. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did!
I have to say this company has been a pleasure to work with. They covered my warranty without trying to argue it and they have an awesome extended warranty after the original expires. Adam, the tech, is an amazing guy. He knows his stuff and was genuinely a friendly person. Great company and I highly recommend.
Adam did a wonderful, fast, and reliable job fixing our AC. He is a knowledgeable and friendly technician and is recommended for his honesty and great effort in completing the job in a timely manner. The customer service is greatly appreciated as well, for the fast response finding an available technician to fix our AC.
Called Mid Florida for a free second opinion. The only reason they weren't my first choice is that my HVAC system was purchased from and installed by their competitor 9 years ago. Was told by competitor that a complete system replacement was needed. Thousands I did not want to spend nor did I believe was necessary. Enter Al Taylor from Mid Florida A/C. Approximately 30 minutes after calling he was in my driveway. It was 89 degrees in the house. 30 minutes from that A/C was running and cooling as designed. He is now in my will. The competitor was wrong and misleading in their diagnosis which could have cost me thousands had I not called Mid Florida.
Al checked my AC and had it going in no time. He was polite and very professional. I have asthma and get scared when the AC has issues. I am not from Florida and the heat, humidity and allergies make it hard to breath. Thanks so much Al! Your GREAT! Mid-Florida AC is the best!
Al is our service tech for our Preschool. He always comes right away if we have problems and he is very knowledgeable. Al always has a smile and is great at interacting with the kids in the classroom to put them at ease when he's working. Al Taylor is the Best. Mid-Florida has been servicing the ac units in our school for well over 20 years. I highly recommend them!
Al is the best!! Very professional and a joy to have around. The kids have grown to love him and he never fails to make us all laugh!!

Al Taylor saved my day! First day home with a new baby. We get home the AC is out super hot in the house. Same day came over fixed the issue very knowledgeable and kind!! Highly recommend!!
I called Mid Florida A/C’s office soon after they opened and was told that the window for someone to arrive for the repair would be between noon to 3:00. Around 1:00 I received a call from their office that the service tech would arrive in 15-20 minutes, which he did. Al was the tech that came to my home. He did a great job. My A/C problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. The cost was very reasonable. It was my first time using Mid Florida A/C. I’ll certainly contact them again when needed.
Wonderful job by the staff at Mid Florida AC. When I had issue with the AC I contacted Al Taylor. He provided estimate which was very reasonable. Thank you Al for all your assistance. He was very knowledgeable. Received call from Al with schedule for installation. The installation crew were very professional and punctual. I highly recommend MidFlorida AC. JOB WELL DONE!!! I am a new customer and everyone has been wonderful and personably. Prior to my scheduled appointment, someone from the office called to let me know my tech was on the way. Sal arrived he was very professional and courteous. He inquired if the system was working good and then got directly to work. I was so impressed, I sign a yearly contract which was comprehensive and reasonable. Very happy and hope to continue a long term relationship with this company. Great job Sal.
Al was amazing and got things diagnosed very quickly and replaced with even more dispatch. I was very impressed with Al's professionalism and capabilities in replacing my Mother-in-Law's air conditioning blower without fuss and with impressive speed on the day of my Father-in-Law's memorial.
I have maintained a service agreement with Mid Florida Air for over 10 years. The service agreement covers the service call, minor parts and labor in addition to an annual ‘tune up’ and assessment so that it continues to run efficiently through the year, helping keep my power bill down as well as a longer life for my unit. I love that Mid Florida Air reaches out to me for my annual appointment, so I do not even need to think about it. I recently decided to replace my entire HCVAC system. Cori, helped make every aspect of the process go so smoothly. Selecting the proper unit, pricing, answering all of my questions timely, setting up city permits, following up after the inspection was approved by the city and providing all the required documentation. Cori, went above and beyond with her professionalism, patience and compassion. I appreciated her so much as I was dealing with caring for my mom in the hospital through the process. I am confident that you will be treated fairly when working with Mid Florida Air!

Adam H came to help us after a long weekend away. We got home and the AC was out. He got to the house and got us back up and running with no problems at all! Very happy seeing as though it’s a Sunday and late in the evening!!! Very professional and great with explain to us what happened! They will be keeping my business!!!!
