Shawn has always done a great job at our house. He installed a tankless water heater - after first bringing gas to the house through a creative process. This guy is good, and his prices are fair, too.

Not sure where to begin. I called 5 diff places and this is the only one that could come out today to fix our AC with the 91+ temps we have lately. He came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. Price was fantastic. My only regret is not finding this company when we did our initial AC install, we shouldnt have gone with the bigger company. I highly recommend anyone bring business to this family owned company, you will not be sorry. They will continue to have my future business.
There aren't enough superlatives in the English language to describe how great Sean Woodrow is. He was due here today by 3 to replace our water heater but the crash/shutdown on l-95 screwed up everything. He called and we rescheduled for the next day at 8AM. Then an hour later he called to say he was coming anyway and stayed 2 hours through his own dinner time. He knew we were without hot water for 4 days. This is why everyone should deal with local, family owned businesses. Don't ever go with large, national chain companies. He uses top notch equipment/brands, and his fess were quite reasonable for the service he provided.......service above and beyond. Peg Cammann, Newark, DE

I think this place has shutdown. I've been calling them for 2 months with no response.
Shawn was able to figure out what was causing our circuit breaker to trip for the air handler on the most recent call. He has also been the one to troubleshoot and fix a tough problem that others couldn't figure out on another issue that we had over time. He's professional and takes the time to explain things in ways that we can understand. I would recommend him and his company.

12-13-19, had no heat this morning at my home. Called Woodrow Services, around 8am. Spoke with Shawn Woodrow, he came out in about one hour. Shawn diagnosed the problem in less than ten minutes, replaced thermocouple and got furnace back running. I have used Woodrow Services many times, and will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs, in my opinion they are the best. Reliable and professional 5 star rating.

Woodrow Services was referred to me by a friend. He was very professional and determined why my air conditioning unit was not functioning. He got the part that I needed and now my air conditioning unit is functioning correctly and I am feeling nice and cool. I will definitely recommend him to others and use his services in the future as needed.

Sean converted my house from propane to natural gas. His pricing was fair, he was fast, professional, he handled all communications with Delmarva and the city regarding permits and inspections. 6 months later the conversion has not given me any problems. Highly recommend!
A++++ Can't say enough good things about Woodrow Services! Called Woodrow Services on Tuesday afternoon to repair our heater, and he was at my door, on time, the next morning, even with the snow storm happening overnight! Shawn is very neat, personable, dependable, professional, honest, reasonably priced, and he knows his stuff! AND...he answers his phone when you call! We are new to this area and lucked out when we found Woodrow Services, and we are so thankful we found someone we can trust and depend on when we need plumbing and HVAC service.
