Terrell was punctual and very courteous. He made sure to explain everything to us so w understood what he was doing. Very nice person to talk to and knew his stuff. He made some suggestions as to how we could better the performance of our system as well. Will definitely ask for Terrell next time we need to use One Hour Heating and Air from Wilmington, DE.

Our air conditioner started going on the fritz recently, so decided to try this company for repair. They scheduled same day, and no more than an hour later, repair guy was at the door. It was a pretty quick diagnosis and fix, and we are back to cool air again… very important in the beginning of oncoming summer heat. Fast friendly timely service.
STAY AWAY in my opinion. Salesmen walked in and said they were the best, so they were not cheap. I asked for 3 options. His first option was 20,000.00 i laughed. Talked him down thousands to were it should have been. Then his boss said if i dont go for that option, not to even give me the other 2 options and just leave if i dont go for it. I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE. I felt bad for the salesmen. It cost him a sale because i was probably going to go with option 1. Im so glad I didn't. My option is to STAY AWAY.
The technician (Ramon) was punctual and helpful in delivering our filters and explaining the replacement process. We appreciate his diligence and professionalism.
They installed a 6 year old system instead of a new one. I called. No one returned my call. Next step is lawyer.

We had Josh come out for an emergency service repair on other AC unit this morning. He was on time, super knowledgeable, recognized the issue right away, and was able to repair it immediately. Josh is so friendly and kind. He also remembered us from our first time using this company. We were happy to see Josh again, for multiple reasons stated above. We will DEFINITELY use this company again and request Josh for future services!
