Phil came out to my home within 20 minutes of my call. He promptly found the problem with my hvac unit, explained the issue to me, and fixed the unit. Super professional. Will definitely call again.
Found this company on Google around 10pm on a Thursday and by 4pm the next day, someone was available to come out and fix my A/C unit. They also replaced my thermostat and gave me some helpful tips moving forward. Ask for Phil, he's your guy! With less than a 24-hour turnaround time, affordable pricing, and professional service... Biggest secret in DE. Great company. Phil and Marci were responsive, accurate, very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. This company fixed my crown boiler in a jiffy. I will be using them in future for all my commercial building heating needs.
This company provides high quality service at reasonable prices. Phil and his crew professionally installed top level heating/AC equipment in my home, which came out super nice and working well (it's been 4 months). When a couple of items popped up that needed addressing after installation, Phil responded immediately and addressed within a day. I am very pleased with their work/how they treat customers and would highly recommend this company.

I had an amazing experience with Tri Elite Advisors. Phil was a true professional that was honest and knowledgeable about the issue that needed to be fixed. He located and identified the problem quicker than I've seen any other company do it and it was a rather rare problem to tackle. You could tell Phil has several years of experience under his belt and is more interested in keeping his customers happy than anything else. We will be calling Tri Elite for all of our HVAC needs from now on!

Tri Elite Advisors is an exceptional company. I had an issue with freezing AC coils and Phil took his time and talked me through possible issues then ultimately came to test my AC unit the same day I called. He was able to diagnosis the issue within minutes and resolved the leak quickly and efficiently. Phil demonstrated vast HVAC knowledge and great skill set. He also educated me on the type of system I have and what good maintenance looks like. Overall, an amazing experience and I world definitely use Tri Elite Advisors for any other HVAC issues.
I am highly disappointed with whichever staff member was driving in DE to PA on 4/16/22. They cut me off from Naamans Rd to 95N. Almost resulting in an accident. As I passed him, he had his head down texting and driving… in his company vehicle.. merging onto the highway. The entire situation left me furious.
Very courteous & professional. Designed a custom system including Aprilaire filtration on furnace. Installation went as planned and Phil & Marco were a pleasure to work with. Excellent install and customization for a replacement Furnace and AC system. Paul and Markos were very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too.The install of digital thermostat was included along with a humidifier. Other contractors told me it would be impossible to install humidifier with my space restrictions but Paul made it happen. I highly recommend Tri-Elite services.
I have a relatively new (3 years old) oversized furnace installed by another company. It overheats frequently and most other companies responded that replacement is the only option. Phil came out less than an hour after speaking to him, did a very thorough diagnosis of the temperatures and static pressures and offered a wealth of options that would salvage the install of the oversized furnace. His free diagnostic of the system was much more comprehensive than paid diagnostics offered by other companies, and it is clear that he has an excellent mastery of HVAC systems. It is refreshing to see a company that puts the need of the customer ahead of profits. I will definitely keep Tri Elite in my contacts for any of my HVAC needs.
Needed a repair to my humidifier because it was leaking and Phil came out the same night i called to take a look and had it fixed within a few days. He went above and beyond to make sure it was fully repaired with fair pricing. Thanks Phil for doing an amazing job!
I highly recommend Tri Elite Advisors. My furnace would start, run for a few minutes and then shut off. I called on Sunday morning around 8 am and by 1 pm they were on site and had figured out what was wrong. I cannot say enough about how polite, punctual and knowledgeable they are. Needless to say, I will be scheduling annual maintenance and all future services with the “furnace whisperer” moving forward.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. I sent a request first thing in the morning and Paul responded within minutes, was out within a few hours and completed the job restoring our heat. He was very knowledgeable, honest and always responsive. I would recommend Tri Elite to anyone looking for HVAC services. I will be hiring Paul on any future maintenance jobs as well as major replacement jobs.
