We had used Preferred Mechanical in the past, and when our A/C went out in the heat of summer when I was 37 weeks pregnant, we knew that we wanted Preferred Mechanical to do the job for us. And the price cannot be beat! The people who worked on our home were very respectful, communicated clearly, and were very clean. I vetted other HVAC companies and ultimately chose PMI and I'm glad I did. There quote to fabricate ductwork and install a heat pump was fair, the timeliness and quality of work was exceptional. Other trades on the job site caused a small problem with the h v a c system but PMI came right out and squared everything away quickly. Since working with them I have referred them to many other friends.
