I recently had my air conditioning serviced by Pullella Heating and Cooling. They were very prompt, fully explained my options, made recommendations without trying to sell me anything, and clearly explained the costs. I dealt with both the owner Mike and his father John. Both were professional. I was really pleased with the experience, and they will be my first call for any issues in the future.
Turned on the heater this afternoon and got nothing after resetting it several times. Called these guys (who installed the system about 4 years ago) to put in a service call, fully expected to get a voicemail box, but was surprised when John Pullella answered the phone and said he would be right out. 20 minutes later we have heat, just like that. First class service all around. If you're ever looking for a great HVAC contractor in Delaware, here ya go. I highly recommend them!
