Impressed. But slow to give a price on a small job.
On time for estimates...knowledgable on required tasks and courteous. Still evaluating estimates from other companies as the local area plumbers typically quote from a 'book'. Finding out more qualified service firms are moving and traveling from western shore for business.
Especially great customer service! They give you a small window of time and call when on their way. Has saved us from missing entire days waiting for service. Also they are very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly!

Nick and all of his crew were very courteous and helpful during the installation of my heating/air conditioning system as well as responding to my questions on plumbing issues not related to that system. I highly recommend this company

Stan and his crew were professional from start to finish. They answered my call, showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job including cleaning up as if they were never there.

AC went out was diagnosed unit is still under warranty. They ordered the new parts replacd parts. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Nick nice attitude and knows what he's doing 👍

After calling 14 plumbers, to have 4 respond, 1 show up and disappear we called Stan. Not only did he show up, the same day, it was within an hour. Very professional, quoted the job within the time he stated and we booked his services. A+++ transaction and we will definitely use and refer him to all our friends

Called this company to take a look at my furnace because it wasn't working. They were able to come out on the same day within a few hours of calling. Service was exceptional, and I was so happy they could fix it for a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to use them. Edited 5/15 - I had to replace my HVAC system and this company did a thorough job, didn't leave a mess, and had it replaced within a few days. Since it was the middle of winter, they could not complete the AC service and told me they would come out in the spring. I never heard from them, but when I contacted them about it, they did priority scheduling to take care of it.
They will come and provide a septic solution in a timely manner. I’m working with them further for iron pipe replacement.
Cody came out within an hour of my calling in about a leak. He was professional, determined the issue quickly and set up the repair to be done in a few days. It is not a major leak so we can wait a few days.
My technician was prompt, concise and honest. He was a pleasure to have in my home and I look forward to work with Stan Perkoski’s in the future.
Ultimately, it didn’t work out for me to use this company. However, the representative that came to our house was friendly and professional.
