Ripped me off 1600$ For a water pump and two pounds of Freon! With in 20 mins of them leaving it stopped working!!!! I had no air flow issues prior to that!!! It was leaking in my basement water. they refused to come back out last night after they got my money and offer 24/7 service they could of cared less!!! will not honor the work from less then 24 hours ago they took my money and I have no working AC and it’s 90 degrees outside that is fraud!! tried to charge me 600 for the same service today. How can u charge someone 1600 and now I have no running air before they came it was working fine just pumping water into the French drain. Tech was rude and insulted me in MY home because I was appalled that he wanted to charge me and not honor yesterdays work tried to tell me that the freon leaked out ask to show prof of that told me the test was 500 and 600 for 2 more pounds ummmm ok
My air conditioner exhaust fan had stopped working. I called Horizon around 10pm on July 3rd. I reached a helpful Customer service agent who scheduled me for morning on the 5th. The technician; Anthony arrived well within time range I was given. Anthony was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the issue I had with my AC quickly. Further, he emailed me pics\captures of his progress and readings he had on his equipment My AC is working wonderfully now. I can easily say my experience with Anthony and Horizon Services was excellent.
Jim Shaner provided excellent service He was on time and was quite knowledgeable. I appreciate him educating me as a home owner. Will be a pleasure to do business with him again.
I had Alec Madron plumbing technician.He came to my house he installed new parts in the needed repairs. He was well organized and he did a very nice job. He went above and beyond my expectations. Good job Alec.
Jose was absolutely wonderful. In this horrific heat wave, he got us up and running. My kid and dogs are extremely happy right now. Thank you Jose for ending these three days of misery.

We had an issue with our basement plumbing that resulted in a full main line replacement. We called Horizon and received an immediate visit from Mike Trinsey who was polite, fair, and super-helpful in showing us what went wrong and what our options were. On top of it, the team that arrived got the job done quickly with a thorough cleanup like they were never there. Happy with our decision and will call horizon in the future.
Lloyd was very professional when coming into my house and speaking with me. I felt confident in what he said and trusted he was honest in his assessment

Ken was great! Super helpful and explained how I can prevent future drain backups. We’ll be requesting him in the future although I hope there won’t be a need after his visit!
Lloyd Staats III was excellent. Why A/C shutting off? Not "find the leak" but tilt the pipe for the condensation to exit and not back up into the pan (if I understood that correctly). He's the fourth tech to come and only one with this diagnosis. I think and pray this is the correct answer and doesn't shut off like the previous three. Thank you.
Mike Trinsey showed up at my house the day my sewer failed . Right from the start he presented himself as a believable representative for horizon services. He was clearly the lead of the team that I would potentially hire. When you have a biohazard in the basement and you are faced with an extensive repair trust is hard to come by. Mike took the to involve me in the video process of my sewer line. Mike explained several options and which one would be best for my home. Throughout the conversation his honesty was apparent . He helped us select a payment schedule as well. The next day at the close of business my problem was solved, just as mike described. In the days that followed mike was available and instrumental in getting information needed to insurance company. Basically everything mike had promised he followed through on. My family and household experienced minimal disruption and I was able to keep my work schedule. It is rare to find someone today in a crisis that you can believe in and that live up to every promise. Guys like mike are the reason I recommend horizon services.
Horizon helped us when our home's septic line failed. Michael Trinsey was exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and assisted with finding the best solution and time to get the repairs we needed. Thank you!!

4th of July day Lloyd Staats III was very knowable and went above and beyond Customer Service .. He check even the attic unit to make sure all was ok after he inspected my thermostat that was not working .. Great Job Lloyd 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Lucas who came to my home last night deserves a 5-star, however the girl that lied about calling me and my husband was so unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me when I questioned her about what number did she call (not the number I gave them, she used my old land line number that we have not used since 2013, when Horizon last service our AC unit). She gets a zero 👎🏿
