Excellent Customer Service! Abe is knowledgable, professional, and a Veteran!!!
Abe and his team are the best! They showed up and performed at 100 percent. He installed my AC unit and replaced 2 thermostats in no time. Very professional with no hidden fees or cost. No guessing was done and the problems were fixed immediately. The cost was reasonable and affordable. I will definitely refer bandywine Hvac to all of my family and friends! Great job
I contacted BHA hoping to find answers to an issue. The representative who answered the phone was very professional and willing to help. Upon the approval of the GM, a technician named Robert took my call and was very empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. Not to often do we find businesses that are willing to help you without a fee. It truly shows integrity and that BHA values the community that they serve. Thanks everyone!
Hubby & I went out for Taco Tuesday & returned to a freezing home. We made a call and they came out & serviced us within the hour. Thank you ! I’ll be recommending this company to anyone in need !
I was thinking “it’s time”. I knew my heater was getting old, so eventually I knew it would punch the clock. I reached out to Brandywine Heating and Air Wilmington to come out and take a look. Abe (The service technician), was very punctual and professional. As he ran a diagnostic test on the heater, he asked when was the last time I got maintenance done? I respond, “come to think about it, I haven’t?!” So he check a few things on it. Started it up, and told me that I need to change a couple parts but after, the furnace should work perfectly fine. He recommended I try to keep up with the maintenance and it will last for a long time. I was completely shocked because again, I thought it was time. Abe actually saved me time and money!! I am truly grateful to have found a trustworthy and professional company. I strongly recommend this business! You won’t be disappointed! 10/10 5⭐️
Abe was patient and extremely attentive to my urgent heating problem... He made sure I understood the issue and how to contact the company if I had any further questions or concerns. I would recommend this company hands down for any HVAC needs!
We needed a new furnace after ours finally died after 15 years. We where able to get a new heater and Ac installed the next day and saved over $1700. Thank you guys. Our new system is working perfectly. We never realized how loud and inefficient our old system was. These guys where amazing we are glad we switched from oil
I was issues with my heater with the pilot not lighting. The staff at Brandywine Heating and Air came within the hour to fix the issue. They went above and beyond my expectations. They knowledgeable and I would use them again.

Knowing who to call for quality HVAC products and services is exactly why Brandywine Heating and Air is at the top of my list. They have offered personalized and top of the line system maintenance each and every time. There isn't a more qualified crew that I would entrust with my residential needs than Abe and his dedicated team.
We began encountering air conditioning problems in early July. We called a company to come and check our air conditioning and they did. That company had no interest or desire to do anything except to try and force us to replace our two condenser units AND furnaces. Thank goodness we heard about Brandywine Heating And Air! Brandywine Heating And Air was so accommodating especially since we live in Chester County.They came to our house and did a thorough check of everything related to the air conditioning to ensure the only solution was to replace our two condenser units.The service manager, Abe, also came to our house to do one more check before we proceeded with the purchase of the units. We were able to get on their schedule and have the professional installation of the units take place very quickly. We even received a follow up call on the same day as the installation from Abe to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. My husband and I can’t say enough about Brandywine Heating And Air! All of the employees were very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thank you Abe and crew for all of your hard work! We really appreciate it!

UPDATE: Without any mention of this review, the service coordinator "Abe" contacted me and offered to do the work requested for free to make up for my inconvenience. I reluctantly accepted. He came when he said he would. He was very professional and friendly. He completed the work requested in a reasonable time and left - all without any mention of this review. Yes. When they come, they are great - highly recommended. They just need to workout their logistics and get a new answering service. I will most-likely use them for the same service in the future. ------- I made and confirmed appointment for furnace tune-up. I took time off work to be here. I started calling about 20 minutes after the appointment time to find out where they were. No one could tell me anything. Finally, over an hour after the appointment time, I was told they could come at 10 the next morning. About 10:15 I started calling to only reach their answering service. I never received a call regarding the appointment. Finally, about 11:30, I cancelled the appointment. Now, I have to take more time off work for another company. Extremely poor customer service. It's like they don't care if they lose customers. I highly recommend you seek service elsewhere.

I’ve been waiting since August to get my AC fixed now January and they keep saying this and that and not rectifying my issue. Every time I call them Abe is going through this and that. And leaves me hanging at which my claim can be submitted via email which is a quick response but I have not gotten anything done with done! I should have stuck with Horizon!
Abe was responsive and extremely knowledgeable in all the latest devices as well as older heating and ac units. Ensures customers “knows how to work systems especially those hooked to new devices like “nest”
Do not use this Company!!! They stayed at my house till 11PM at night. Hot air was coming out of the vent instead of cold we were told that it will get colder over night. That was not the case. Our heat ran all night long (It was July!!) We tried to turn off the unit, but it did not turn off. Hot air continued to come out of our vents. We had to leave our house because it was over 93 degrees in our home. They were not able to get to our house till 5 the next day. After several calls were put in that no one answered. The system was hooked up wrong. We paid cash, and never received our receipt or our warranty information after many calls and emails to them..... Since I can not reply to their post that I don’t exist as a customer there are 2 screen shots on payment on $50 for my deposit. $950 charged on my card with the other 4500 was cash. No I will not call because you never answered or returned messages when I did call!!! We don’t live there anymore so a warranty now would be pointless!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The company came out to fix a plumbing issue, which immediately broke. They had two more scheduled visits with me, to which they both no-called-no showed. I've left daily voicemails and don't recieve calls back. I had to call from another number to get them to even answer my calls. This has been the worst costumer service experience I've ever dealt with. I would suggest you don't use this company for ANY service. I've spoken to multiple sales members about the no show no show and no functioning bath product they attempted to fix. I've requested a manager or owner to call me and they still haven't gotten back to me. It's appalling.
Never use this company, save yourself the headache. I knew I needed a 5 ton system, however, after they installed an Amanda it stopped running often in high temperatures. Abe claimed that the system was too large for my home and proceeded to remove the 5 ton and install a Goodman 3.5 ton without refunding me the difference. Two years later the upstairs of my home is still sweltering and I am working with another company to rectify the gross negligence and incompetency of this so called business establishment. Please save yourself the tireless calls in the middle of the night and constant excuses that he makes. It may cost more but go with a true professional!
I had an issue with my central air unit and had intially called Horizon(big mistake). I didnt want to pay another service fee but after calling Brandywine Heating and Air and dealing with Abe and Derek it was well worth it. Not only were they personable and courteous but they fixed my unit at a fraction of the price. I'm really not one to write reviews but Abe is definitely worth a shout out and Brandywine Heating and Air definitely has my business
