AC went out. Paid a different company (Air Temp Solutions) to come out, just to give us a quote that anybody with general research could tell you was just them trying to take advantage of a customer in need of AC. Received an honest, free quote from True Blue for the same part. Very responsive and offered multiple solutions. Very painless process.
I have a few more years in my HVAC system. When it's needed, True Blue will be my first choice. Great team.

We had used True Blue Mechanical in the past to repair our heat pump. On March 12, 2023 we had them come out and replace our entire heat pump/air-conditioning unit. The team was here on time. From start to finish, True Blue Mechanical was the first service provider in a very long time that I felt was completely painless. The quoting process is very professional and Justin gave honest suggestions. They were always on time, professional, courteous, and clean. The end result for my water heater is beautiful and works perfectly. Highly recommend!
We used the company to install a whole new system in the house and they did a great job in spite of a few challenges (old house and difficult access in places). We're very happy with the solutions they offered. They were prompt and the work was very well done. Plus... they tolerated our two excitable dogs, which was a huge bonus.
Very professional and honest. Called ANOTHER company previously and was quoted $2200 to replace a $100 part. My son replaced the part and for some reason it wasn’t working, True Blue came in and realized the part wasn’t converted to gas when it was installed. They converted it, took about 10 minutes, and only charged me the $129 for the visit. They are now my new HVAC company! So happy!
