Long time trusted service provider. We use them for oil delivery, furnace service, and a/c service. Office staff very responsive and techs are wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
Today, Michael was our tech. Very professional, courteous and friendly. My two neighbors and I book for the same morning and the company accommodated us in a timely manner.
Mike arrived on time and checked out my air conditioning system. He has serviced my system before and has always been very professional.

I'm on their budget plan for my oil delivery,. Thank God because they are reasonable in price and there customer service is excellent, I am a senior citizen and am very Grateful for Hillside Oil Company!!

Rarely have I had to spend so much money (on the house’s account, not Hillside’s—prices are super reasonable!! Haven’t seen them beat, personally) at an enterprise and nonetheless thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Great attentive and informed/informative workers. Friendly, explain the process and options. Respectful of my home. Straightforward people with whom to deal. Michael and Joey sorted us out good and proper. Maybe others my apologies if I missed anyone my spouse and brother also had great experiences. Rating: All the stars. Also—sheepdogs are clever, like the people who work here. I see what they did there!

I've used Hillside once for oil tank replacement and most recently for a tune-up. In both cases, I felt like the service was top-notch, prices were reasonable, techs were personable and the jobs were well done. Not once did I feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. I try to learn and fix all that I can, but I know my limits. On occasions where I do decide to call the pros in, I pick their brains with a ton of questions and the techs from Hillside were very accommodating and informative.

Just bought a house with an older oil furnace, from the first call to the wrap up conversation I was very pleased. The unit seems to be putting out more heat after the service.
My technician, John, was professional and friendly, answered all my questions throughly, and arrived early. My husband and I have always been completely satisfied working with Hillside staff member from the scheduler to the technician. Great company to handle our heating needs.
