Bryson Bean and his assistant were second to none. Bryson was very professional and took his time to explain what he was doing and offered other services. My daughter was right when she recommended Aire Serv to us.
I have an old system, that needed more work then it was worth. Aire's Tech got it up and running for me till we could better find time to address the problem, with out a panic, and on my scheduled. Their Tech did a great job and even took time out of his personal life to make things work.
Called today on the recommendation of a friend as our AC was not working. The person I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable and walked me through some simple troubleshooting steps. I was surprised when she said someone would be out today sometime after 5. Their Pro Mitch Wessel arrived earlier than the estimated time. Mitch was very professional and quickly found the problem. He was easy going and answered all my questions. Mitch had the part needed to fix the AC unit on his truck had the unit running. I am so glad we called Aire Serv of Newark and will be recommending to my friends.

Jason was very professional and courteous towards myself and my 90 year old mother. I reside in Florida and he explained everything to mine and my mother's satisfaction. He was knowledgeable and gave us options that hopefully resolve the issue for the long term. Thank you
I was left in a pinch and needed my air conditioning fixed asap. I called at 4pm on a Sunday and Jason was out there by 10:30 and had it up and running by 11. I am beyond grateful and so pleased with Jason’s service Andrea communication and Amanda’s dedication in helping me set the appointment. Aire Serv is truly a great company! (Other companies I called couldn’t offer service until Wednesday, fyi.)
I had a great experience-- Chris rocked! I was contacted by the company that they had earlier availability and he came right away. He was very helpful in explaining everything and got us up and running with a new thermostat as quickly as possible. 10/10 recommend!

Exceptional service performed by professionals. I would happily take my business here again and again. Jim Hess was responsive, friendly, and not pushy, while also staying competitive amongst other HVAC service providers. The lead technician on my job, Will, was very knowledgeable and responsive. I would request him on a future job if possible. I’m fully satisfied with the entire process of working with Airserv, and I’ll be intending to take my business to them in the future.
Aireserv technicians Tarek, Dave, Joe, Sean, and Joe did an outstanding job of installation of our new Heating and AC units in our home. They were very professional and courteous, and worked extremely well together. They worked tireously to complete the installation in one day and made sure we understood all aspects of our new system. A service call revealed that our HVAC system was over 27 years old, and technician recommended that we have a consultation with a sales representative. We arranged a consultation that was prompt, fully explain with examples of 3 different units, and an installation date that was suitable to everyone was arranged. The installation team arrived on time, were very professional, polite, and courteous, and the salesman stopped by the work site to review the installation and answer any question. I would highly recommend Aire Serv to family and friends. We have been using this service now for several years, and have been very pleased.
100% would recommend to everyone I encounter that has an AC system issue. They were super supportive of me as an individual but also as a veteran. All of the technicians I encountered from the free second opinion to the free new installation estimate to the team that actually installed the unit everyone was professional and super quality work. They cleaned up after their work was done. All of their work is nice, clean lines, zip ties and over all quality with the best equipment.

The Aire Serv rep provided me with all the options I asked for. He explained the rebates and his recommendation was about 50% lower cost that other estimates I received.

This was my yearly check up and evaluation of my A/C unit. I have had this done before by another company. I very much appreciated Zac's knowledge and professionalism. He educated me about my options for upgrading (I have a 23 year old A/C unit that still works but is obviously aging). His recommendation was solid but what I really appreciated about him is he was not trying to "hard-sell" me on it. His approach actually has me considering it as a constructive investment in my property. Something I did not consider when the other company tried the hard sell. I am somewhat knowledgeable about the system and he told me nothing but truths throughout. Great job and great rep for your company.

The installers arrived on time, were professional and courteous! Replacing entire HVAC systems is a big undertaking and they were outstanding in removing old equipment, installing new units and providing detailed explanation of its operation.
