I can't say enough about this company and the people who work for them. From the people who answer the phone to the professionals who come out to your house. They came out on Christmas Eve and fixed my heater. Sajid is the best repairman ever.
I have used Schlosser services for many things, most recently HVAC system purchase and installation and follow up commissioning of the AC portion. Schlosser personnel have been wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, practical and skilled. Joe also went the extra mile and installed a new filter that I had on hand. Great service. Very professional.
I have been in Delaware for a while now, been doing maintenance dealing with several hvac companies! Schlosser Is the best of the best of the best! I'm thankful and grateful!
I paid $10,000 for a new bathroom and the leaks have never stopped I'm going to have to spend probably a few thousand more. I would never use this company again.

Matt & Cliff are true mechanics and I’m sure a value to the company. They put in a new hot water tank and replaced values and gages for the booster water system. They are both efficient and so knowledgeable . Matt explained the ins and outs for my booster and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and needed without question. As a team they are so professional and again knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to fix a problem. Highly recommend their service for plumbing issues.
My a/c broke during a heat spell and I called the after-hours line to have some one come out. Two individuals arrived the next day and claimed they fixed the problem. Within hours the unit was leaking worse than before they arrived. A second technician was out several days later and said they had to order a new part. I had to call three times to find out the status. Each time I called someone claimed I would receive a call back, which never happened. On my fourth call, they set a date to come out and repair my unit. After rearranging my work schedule to be home, I received a call that morning that they had to cancel since a technician called out sick. They rescheduled me TEN DAYS LATER. I paid a premium to use the after hours line and the unit will not be fixed for over three weeks even though they have the parts to do it. The rude gentlemen I spoke to indicated he had no people to send out and I was the one he was rescheduling, not anyone else. The company makes their problems, your problems. They don’t offer solutions, they create more issues. They will be out three times to fix the same problem. It’s an indication of the quality of service they offer and how they treat their customers.
Very satisfied with the service. John, Brian, Clift, and Matt were very friendly and willing to explain things even pointing out where an existing set up violated code.
I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Erik Vargas and his company, Schlosser & Associates, for going above and beyond the perimeters within their job to ensure that I received a new tankless water heater. From June 2021 until February 2022, I was inconvenienced and abandoned by another company who promised me services that were not received. Due to the uncertainties of the COVID pandemic and being told by other companies that it would be difficult to provide me with a new heater, I diligently searched for countless hours to obtain some type of resolution to solve this ongoing issue. I contacted Mr. Vargas and told him my dilemma. Mr. Vargas ensured me that his company would make every effort to provide me with a new heater. He kept in constant contact with me every step of the way from the first phone call, to writing up the proposal, and even taking time out of his busy schedule to make a visit to my home when I had to go to work early to make sure the installation of the heater was done to my satisfaction. The contractors were very professional, attentive, and the job done timely and efficiently. The work ethics of this company is impeccable, and I recommend them to anyone requiring plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services.
We just used Brian for a few things that were troubling us ( sink leak, running toilet etc). He was very patient and knowledgeable and we loved working with him.
Matt and his new apprentice, Cliff, recently, successfully replaced a hot water heater and toilet at one of our rental properties in Newark. I really appreciated Matt's updates throughout the day, especially at the completion of the tasks. Matt has completed work on previous occasions and I have learned over the years, not only does he do quality work, but he also brings a burst of sunshine to the workplace with his positive attitude. Looking forward to a continued relationship with Matt.
This was the worst professional experience I have ever endured. These people strung along our property for months failing to fix the issue and continuing to give reason to come back until we eventually called them out and they admitted they could fix the problem once and for all. They then changed the appointment time by calling us at 8 am, only to not show up and not call because “they couldn’t find parking”. I called to sort this out, knowing my number, they hung up on me 15 TIMES!!! And hung up on my wife multiple times as well until we called from a friends phone and they answered. They were rude and curt and the manager answered instead of the receptionist because they were ready to argue and fight. It was disgusting. They hung up on me with no help and didn’t reschedule. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Their behavior was gross.
Always on time very efficient very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Prompt and professional . We had a particularly difficult plumbing problem. The job forman came up with a different solution that 3 other plumbers had missed. This amounted to savings of 60% compared to fixing it the more common way. And on top of that they came in UNDER their estimate.
The proposal for a new HVAC system was by far the best price offered by other reputable companies. The installation was exceptional. All employees were knowledgeable, courteous, informative and friendly. Our new system is performing great as promised!
Great experience with Schlosser and Associates when our heater stopped working last winter. They came out in a timely manner and fixed it that same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend this company for HVAC work or plumbing.
This company is the best they take care everything in our center we call the come very helpful in everything they do our pumps, HVAC, heaters, plumbing issues, great team we are very satisfied, with there service they even take care my house too!!!!😁😁😁
recent major work on our hotel, in conjunction with our owners utility team, was excellent. The Schlosser team, led by Andy, were amazing and they replaced a key part of our utility supply with ZERO impact on our guests! Now that is SERVICE and SKILL, thanks from the Courtyard Newark at the University of Delaware!
