If I could give them zero stars I would. Almost 5 years ago I called them to service my HVAC system. What did they do instead? They came in and started measuring, then they let me know how much a new HVAC would cost - over $6K at the time. I called another HVAC business, Ray Eramo, and he told me I had more years on it and he was right! I had 5 more years before I needed a new one. If you want to get RIPPED OFF, Nero is your place!!!

From Chris who came to the house to see exactly what I needed to Matthew and Jack who installed the unit…very professional, very friendly and very prompt in getting back to me. Also the girls in the office were very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Nero
I can't think of one thing that needs improvement! It was great service, wonderful knowledgeable technicians, and the best quality service ever! Nero did a great job switching my home from oil to natural gas heating. They were helpful, on time, clean/neat and the communications were great throughout the process. Highly recommend.
Our furnace died two days ago. I have called twice to be told that it will be at least a month for a service call. We are elderly people, one person is wheelchair bound and the another is handicapped. How can a company not be able to make service calls to their own customers? I would never recommend them. We bought a complete and very expensive system through them and are extremely disappointed.
Had a great experience start to finish with Nero. They were very courteous and professional, and communication was also top notch start to finish. Install job was done very well, it's been several months and I don't have a single complaint. I will be using them again for any of my HVAC needs moving forward.
These guys are the best, my Carrier A/C system was on the way out. These guys came and quoted a Trane system that was competitive with every one else, scheduled the work and got it done all within a month of first contact. The guys that installed my system were top techs, everything by the book, I checked them several times and everything they did was correct. I'm well pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.
I am extremely pleased with the work done by Nero. They changed equipment in my geothermal heating system, performed a repair in my studio, and recently installed an Energy Recovery Ventilator. I appreciate their willingness to work an informed and interested homeowner in the design phase, their attention to detail, and the professionalism of their installers. Well done!

In addition, we have engaged them with an HVAC service contract every year, and they have never failed to provide prompt, courteous, communicative, and effective maintenance of our systems.
