Tim and his crew were outstanding to work with. We had to replace the Furnace and Central Air Unit. They were very professional and did a great job. I recommend them very highly.
Great people, family business. Smart, hard-working, and fair prices. A pleasure to know and to work with. They have helped me not only with traditional plumbing, but also with running gas lines for fireplace and fire feature.
They were able to come out to my house on short notice during a peak heat wave and quickly fix my system. Reasonable cost, no pushy sales techniques and very polite. I would highly recommend them.
What a blessing to have found this company! While I have been a local of the Hamden and greater New Haven area for 20+ years, I only recently became a homeowner and now find myself navigating the world of finding contractors and service companies that previously would have just been a call to a landlord. A friend and business colleague referred me when our air conditioner failed on one of the hottest days of last summer. Despite their busy schedule and high volume of existing customers in need, they accommodated our plea for help and had the unit fixed the same day of the call (was complications due to a mouse nest in the exterior unit). Following that, we have had multiple occasions and need for HVAC including furnace and water heater "drama" (again, making me almost miss those days of conveniently calling a landlord- lol). The work service has been stellar and extraordinarily professional (unfortunately not our experience with other home service companies, and BTW - are there ANY decent plumbers left?!? LOL). The owner is careful to explain repairs, present all options, and keep us informed. he and his staff are the most respectful, clean, and organized contractors we've worked with to date (they even lay paper down everywhere they walk to ensure absolute cleanliness). Upon completion of any job, there is not a trace of evidence there was work done. All results and outcomes have been perfect and our home is comfortably cooled/heated year round. The customer service we receive when calling or in person is a welcome difference from most encounters as they are always friendly, professional, confident, and respectful; sometimes I find service reps can be condescending and short with me when explanations are necessary. The office staff is patient and kind and the service staff is highly skilled and always extremely appropriate. Conditioned Air Systems recently helped me convert my home from oil to gas and they did a great job. The quote they gave us was the best around and they provided exceptional service. Tim and his team were very professional and trustworthy. I was unable to be home during the time of my install and I was very comfortable with them doing the work on my home while I was away. The job was done promptly and my basement seemed even cleaner after than before they got there! I would also like to comment on how helpful and friendly Mary was when I called their office. She was very knowledgeable about the different rebates available and made the whole process a breeze. I have already referred my parents and neighbors to them and will most definitely use them in the future for my needs.
