Carlos is very professional and knowledgeable. After another HVAC company, 20/20 Air, took my money and didn't do the job as they should have nor honor any quality of work, NEAS completed the task. Even after hours. Carlos cares about his trade, reputation and he takes pride in the company he and his partner has built. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are now my preferred HVAC company and will get all my business.
Just 3 days ago NEAS replaced my 23 year old oil burner with a heat pump system for both heat and air conditioning. Given the unusual weather this month we've already had the opportunity to use both and they work great! The company came highly recommended and because I'm the curious type I watched the removal of the old system and the replacement with the new system from start to finish. I'm a tough guy to please but was delighted with the performance of the system and the installation. Carlos and Bob were professional, thorough, extremely neat and explained what they were doing and why. Excellent equipment, fairly priced, beautifully installed... and it works! What more could you ask for...?

From the very beggining there was a big difference in the level of attention, professionalism and most importantly a "can do" attitud. Installation went very well and i wouldn't hesitate to contract with him again in the future.
I had a great experience with NEAS. The job was to replace my AC unit with a heat pump, a split system (not a mini-split, but they do that too) that used my existing ductwork, and would also switch over to an emergency system if I lose power. I chose them over several other contractors, all of whom came by for a site visit, consult and a work proposal. Firstly, their price was very competitive. I was finally won over because Carlos was extremely accommodating in working through my design with me, answering questions and trying to work out a solution that best fitted my needs. The installation went smoothly. Carlos and Bob were both very professional and pleasant to be around. They got the install done in a timely matter, and were able to adapt to a few unforeseen wrinkles that presented themselves during the install. For instance they removed an old humidifier unit that was in the way, and they came up with a great solution to fitting the new air-handler into the old one's space. This was clearly not their first rodeo. The heat pump is working great, there have been no issues thus far. Also, bonus points for helping me prepare and submit my rebates.
Carlos and Bob, from New England Air Systems, were great! Carlos provided us with great communication, service, and helped us to find ways to save money on the installation. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He answered any and all questions we had. They got the entire installation done in one day on one of the colder days of the year. I would definitely recommend Carlos and New England Air Systems to anyone looking for a job done right!
We spoke to several companies in the Danbury before we found NEAS. Carlos was very easy to work with from start to finish. He installed the system before the beginning of the cooling season so we were ready for the summer heat. Once the summer started we never thought twice about the new system and how it would work. One summer down and could not be happier that we chose NEAS to do the work. Give this company a try you won’t be disappointed. This is a review from someone that has been in construction for 30 years.
Great service, by 2 very professional proprietors. Was provided with a contract, dates of service and it all went according to plan to install a new split system. The best part was the responsive, timely, easy communication! Theirs was the best proposal out of 6 other companies, for the same project. I would go to them again!

I highly recommend Carlos and NEAS! They recently replaced my old central AC with a new heat pump unit and everything is working great. Throughout the entire process Carlos was professional, informative, responsive and very fair priced. I will certainly be using them for my all my HVAC needs going forward!
Carlos and Bob at New England Air Systems are true professionals. They replaced our AC, air handlers, and installed a steam humidifier for us. They really took the time to answer any and all questions that we had, were communicative regarding scheduling and arrival, and left our home clean. We will absolutely be using them going forward.

I have worked with NEAS for 2+ years with such things as adding thermostats, control panels, A/C repair (during a heat wave), and have been thoroughly impressed with Carlos' professionalism, work ethic, and customer care. When my gas furnace began to fail, and my A/C was on its last legs I did not hesitate to have Carlos and Bob recommend and install an all-around new HVAC system. I am 100% satisfied and confidently recommend NEAS!

This place is okay IF you happen to call them during work hours, or if you happen to have a 'contract' with them. Otherwise, as far as they're concerned, you can freeze to death. So, no, thank you, you have just lost business with your 'contract' approach. And you probably should not count on new customers either, or, only until time when they need you in 'emergency' hours.
