7-7-23 Blei did an excellent job finding the issue and making the appropriate cleaning of the clogged exhaust vent. He tested internal pressures and noted the reduction of pressure to correct levels. He then checked air flow from several registers inside for proper operation and air temperature. Very polite and respectful and a very nice young man. A pleasure to meet him. Thank you for your service. 5-4-23: CJ & Jared did an excellent job. Very Respectful of my home and me. A/C working great. Tested A/C after maintenance. Ok. Don’t expect any issues. Ready for Summer now. Thank you. 11-15-2021: Stephan was very professional, polite, personable and courteous. Said the temperature differential was about 60 degrees. Everything was very good. Already booked for service next year. Thanks again. 2-12-2021: Arsenio was very professional and courteous. He quickly determined the problem with my thermostat regarding the fan on function not working. Wires missing from the system installation by Toll Brothers. Second: he also was able to remove a pre-filter from my Electronic Air Cleaner that was jammed during last maintenance. The pre-filter was stuck because the wrong screws were used to install the unit and stick out to far. These problems need to be resolved by Toll Brothers. My thanks to Arsenio and Carmines for help in analyzing my problems. I will contact Toll Brothers for corrections. Jared and Nick did a very good job. They explained what they were doing and I appreciated their pleasant manner in doing so. I will seriously consider the yearly maintenance contract as well. As always Carmine's does a great job. Kevin came out to give an estimate on the replacement for our HVAC system. He was honest and fair went over all the prices with us and how payment could be made. He was also honest about whether or not we needed it immediately if it was something that could wait and I appreciated that. Carmine's is the best they never pressure you I've been using them for years and highly recommend them anytime you need HVAC work!
Leo inspected the system from soup to nuts and had it up and running perfectly. Had gotten word they weren't adding new customers, but they slipped us in and fixed nagging problems. Great call!

Their drivers don't see or hear anything when they back out of parking spaces. So when they hit your car they then tell you to use their repair shop. What makes them think they have that right. They might have some balls but they're blind, deaf, and dumb.
Jared was very nice and he did a great job! He explained what he was doing and how much it was costing me to fix my central air! Definitely Recommend carmines to anyone who has an issue! He was in and out of here in no time and I was happy to have my house cooled once again! Kevin was also very friendly and answered my questions about changing to a heat pump for our home! I am a first time customer of Carmines. Our water heater tank needed to be replaced due to .a leak. Tim was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with his work. My only disappointment with Carmines is that no one from their office contacted me to inform me that the original 2 hour time window that was scheduled for the techs to come out, had been pushed out another 2 hours. I had to call Carmines to ask why there techs had not arrived yet. I spoke with May who was very nice and expressed my disappointment. She immediately apologized and understood that i was upset. May then called the tech to assure that they would be arriving within the 2nd window on time, which they did. Other then that my Husband and I were very pleased with the install of our new water heater.

Carmine is very dependable HVAC company. Rates are reasonable and responsive service is always. Leo didn't mind coming out at 16 deg freezing day. Updated on June 26, 2023 - Scheduling for services is hard one to get but actual technician showing up on time seems impossible. Is it only me getting rescheduled frequently due to their sick employees calling sick on my service day?
Kevin was super informative and really knew his stuff. I found him to be trustworthy and definitely plan on using him for my job.

Tim did a fantastic job! I called about a (slow) leak coming through my ceiling & within a hour Tim arrived. He gave me options for how it could be fixed & patiently explained everything & answered all my questions. He was very professional & friendly! He finished much faster than we expected & everything is working great now! I’ve used Carmine’s for 15 years & only trust them when it comes to my plumbing & HVAC maintenance & repairs.!

I called this morning about our AC, they were able to come out today and take care of it all in one visit. The technician was delightful and explained to me very well what had happened. All in all, we have been very satisfied with Carmines!
Times our go to guy for all plumbing issues. He is clear about what is needed and what needs to be done. The results have been on time and with no hiccups. Very satisfied.
Replaced a computer board on the HVAC compressor. Did NOT try and upsell on a new thermostat/controller when it turned out the old one was working fine!
