Matt was great. He could have easily convinced me I needed more work done than was required. Instead he quickly saw a minimal fix that he thought would work, and it did!
Billy arrived on time after giving us advance notice, and he was very thorough and professional in all the work that he did. I spent a lot of time with him while he was working to understand what was going on, and he was very patient to explain to me every facet of what he was doing. We did have to replace some parts and load some Freon in my system and I thought that pricing was very expensive, but that was not Billy's fault. He is a great person, very good technician and a very good personality to talk with and has a lot of patience. I would recommend him to visit any home to carry out repairs.
Billy arrived promptly. He had to climb into the attic through an opening in my closet so I removed the rods and clothes. Billy was very personable, professional and respectful of my home. Really do love the attention that Service Stars employees give to their club members!
Very satisfied and pleased with Jack the service tech who was on time and answered the many questions I had regarding getting the most out of our AC unit. Jack courteous and professional who goes above and beyond and my family is very happy with Service Stars whom we have been with for a number of years. Lewis installed a new toilet for us. He sent a camera down the lines and helped us understand the sewer system and our problem with drain flies. He is extremely good at his craft and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, was efficient and worked quickly.
Justin did a very good job. He is a very nice guy. Very polite.
Billy was absolutely wonderful. He was personable, well mannered, knowledgeable, thorough, very clean, pleasant and did a great job. He was also punctual. A perfect technician.

Eric has serviced a number of plumbing issues in my condo. He is ALWAYS completely awesome in taking the time to explain what the issue is, the repairs required and in facilitating in getting it done as expeditiously as possible. I highly recommend Service Stars and Eric in particular.
Eric was extremely kind and helpful in explaining all the plumbing terminology in layman’s terms. He sought every possible solution for my plumbing needs and left me as one happy customer!

All the things you want from a service company. On time, problem diagnosed quickly, explained and then fixed.
Derrick showed up the Friday night before Memorial Day. Quickly identified the problem. Walked me through the why’s and wherefore of what needed to be done. Came back Saturday morning as promised. Went right to work and fixed the problem. Can’t say enough about Derrick, total professional. He was knowledgeable, curtious, respectful. Definitely recommend the company and especially Derrick. Need to edit this as Eric and I’m sorry I forgot the gentleman with him, but they came in and fixed our sink and installed a brand new faucet. Thank you the most to them. Friendly, knowledgeable, this is why we do the monthly membership! Thank you as always!! Billy was phenomenal. Was right on time this morning. Derrick is great. He came out for an annual plumbing inspection. He has been at our home for repairs in the past. We appreciate how he welcomes us to watch his work.
