Mitchell replaced our oil tank and did a great job! They were efficient, quick and left everything spotless! We were very pleased.
Mitchell came through for me again! My tankless water heater broke just before the long Holiday weekend. Their technicians were at my home within the hour and tried everything to get it going to get us through, but unfortunately parts or a replacement needed to be ordered. Due to the Holiday, we had to go without hot water for a few days, but the guys at Mitchell were able to get us running with new equipment as promised. From the person picking up my initial call, through to Nick in Dispatch, Kevin in sales and the technicians who serviced our property, I can’t thank you all enough! Always a pleasure to do business with.
The service provided by the entire Mitchell team was phenomenal. Starting with the project review, scheduling of work, and the professional friendly attitude of the service techs we were extremely satisfied.
Last two times driver delivered oil I had to look for my bill which I prefer to be in my mailbox not in the siding of my house. Today I received oil again and received no bill at all or don't know where it is. .Please I have called about this before can we please correct this.Thank You!
Expensive, bad customer service, unable to repair an oil burner during three visits during the winter but on the plus side the founder's first name of "Norbert" is interesting
I've been working with Mitchell for a variety of HVAC needs including installing a mini-split heading and air conditioner, servicing our propane fireplace, and for propane deliveries. John Busch has always been incredibly responsive and professional to work with at the office, and Mario is the most knowledge, personable, and hardest working person I've had the privilege to work with. Definitely would recommend!

Barry came to help me restart my gas fireplace and was a total professional. I felt very reassured by him answering my questions about safety and teaching me how to use the fireplace more safely.

We had a new Roth oil tank and a new System 2000 Energy Kinetics furnace installed. Mitchell Oil has provided our service for over thirty years. They have always been extremely reliable, timely and professional. This not only is a reflection of their field personnel but their office crew as well. I would highly recommend Mitchell for all your heating needs. They are head and shoulders above their competition.

I request to removal of oil tank and get an estimate on February. Mitchell delivered approximately 500 Gallon and ask my company to pay $1800.( when tank needs to be replaced to new) I emailed and called Mitchell since February and after 7 months of battle, Finally Mitchell pump up the remaing oil from the tank.
I have been a customer of Mitchell for 22 years. I have had numerous interactions regarding deliveries, maintenance, repairs, parts etc. The service has always been outstanding - everyone courteous and helpful - any problems have been handled promptly, even in the middle of the night during inclement weather. I can't say enough good things about this company. A special shout out to Mario - my favorite technician.
Terrible customer service. Don't deliver on time and let your tank get down to almost empty before delivering. Go elsewhere for your heating oil needs.
Mitchell installation team was great! The installed the oil tank in one day. They were very professional and do a great job
At midnight, the temperature started to drop in our house. The temperature outside was 16 degrees. We feared frozen water pipes because of no heat. We called Mitchell oil company at 12 30 A.M. within the hour. A service technician was at our door, introduced himself as Willian, and worked on the oil burner for one and half hours. He was very professional and checked all possible causes of no heat. Finding and fixing the problem was a great welcome considering the temperatures. I would like you to pass on our thanks to William. I have been a Mitchell customer for many years and are always very professional and considerate. William is an asset to the Mitchell company.
The crew did an excellent job installing the new tanks - despite a difficult job based on the gradient of the property, they knocked it out in a day and it looks great.
